Staff at Priority are very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. I've called with questions on a couple occasions and was very happy with the service and attention they provided.

Quick shipping on the part that I needed to get my back into working condition. It's always great to work with Priority.

I live in the Florida Panhandle (Destin) right on the beach. My Priority bicycle is the PERFECT ride for that environment. The carbon-fibre belt drive eliminates chain rust and the gears sealed in the back hub prevent corrosion. I love the retro look and smooth ride. It was also easy to assemble. Plus, it was a BIG bonus for me that they're made in NY. My only regret was it wasn't available in red!

I had a warranty item. The guy at Priority replied to me on Sunday outside their business hours and had my part ordered for me to ship first thing Monday Morning. I couldn’t ask for better support.

The website was smooth. I had an issue with a discount code not working (my fault) I called and the person I spoke with applied the code. I love my Bruzer.

One of my brake lines arrived full of air. I still have to take it in to get it flushed. Pretty disappointing to receive a bike I can't use.
Easy to order and service was a delight. The Gemini has endured mud, rain, dirt, sand, downed trees, and the thumpity thump of route 20 in Nebraska as I make it across the country. Sturdy & reliable.

The L-Train itself is a great bike. I commute daily and the bike has been fantastic to ride. The belt drive, internal hub and overall design are exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately, my experience with Priority's customer service has been very disappointing.
As the bike was supplied with the front brake on the left (standard in North America), I took it to a local bike shop to swap the brake levers for the Australian norm (front on the right). During this routine modification, the shop found that a fitting had seized and one of the original brake levers could not be reused.
I contacted Priority seeking a matching replacement lever and brake hose so the bike could be returned to its original appearance. I was told that:
- "For international orders we unfortunately can't process warranties."
- The brake components fitted to the bike are Priority's own in-house parts.
- Priority does not sell those parts separately.
- Priority could not provide a part number or exact replacement.
- The only assistance offered was a suggestion to look at "similar" parts from other manufacturers.
As an international customer, I was surprised to learn that not only is warranty support unavailable, but the original components fitted to the bike are also unavailable for purchase. The result is that I am left researching alternative parts myself, paying for replacements and labour, and accepting that the bike can no longer be returned to its original factory specification.
The product deserves far more than two stars. The customer support and parts availability deserve far less.
If you're buying from outside the US, I'd strongly recommend understanding what support, warranty coverage and spare parts availability actually look like before purchasing.
I love the quality and customer service at Priority. I’ve had Priority bikes for 6 years and they don’t rust and there’s no chain to get your pants greasy. The tutorials are easy to follow and customer service is outstanding when you have questions. I love the Coast step-through! The colors are beautiful and it’s easy to ride.

The information on the website is informative and accurate, making the right choice for the kind of riding each bike suits much easier. My bike was shipped very quickly and packaged perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, and the bike specific video’s on the website are a nice touch.
I am very happy with my Eight, it suits my needs perfectly, everything is quality and well thought out.

I dealt with one person during the back and forth of emails. This eliminated having to explain what I was attempting to identify.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful
