Extremely terrible service and service…
Extremely terrible service and service attitude.
Ordered 7 boxes of namecards from them, upon FIRST ATTEMPT at collection, mistakes made were:
1. Uneven number of namecards per box. Ranging from 80 to 100. (Its supposed to be a hundred ea)
2. Ordered 2 boxes with rounded edges. Edge were JAGGED and uneven. When i asked why, she simply replied that its because they do it in batches.
I brought them back, and fair enough she agreed to replace some of them and recount those that were uneven, albeit with a terrible attitude.
On our SECOND ATTEMPT at collection,
1. Namecards were still of uneven quantity. (She even had the cheek to say that was due to her giving EXTRA for some) We counted them in her face, counted 80. (Supposed to be 100) Asked her to count and she counted 85. (At this point i really started to get worried because ive never met someone who couldnt at least count to 100 properly, and this woman is in charge of printing my namecards)
2. Some of the names of the namecards of the SAME PERSON were printed wrongly. (Example, one was, Dan Lua, another was Dan Lau)
3. 2 boxes of namecards were missing.
In actual fact, as im writing this its 22/10. Our namecard order was on 8/10. Still have not managed to collect all my goods. I'm going down today to collect whatever is remaining. Wish me luck!
Their slogan is, 'CHOOSE US AND YOU'LL NEVER LOOK BACK'.
I solemnly propose a slight change of wording, 'choose us and never COME back. Ever'
I have to give huge kudos to them for one thing though, they have been EXTREMELY CONSISTENT with their terrible attitudes. Oh right and consistent with their mistakes as well. Very.
