For my second order, Im feeling pretty good. I have some like and dislikes between orders that as I better navigate the drafting process may resolve itself. Overall, mostly pleased.

Best price we could find, and overall the boxes look good, but the cut edges are frayed on a lot of them, not giving the most polished final appearance.
They are very detailed oriented (like me) and ensured everything aligned through their approval process before moving to production. The help along the way was Great!
Great results/ bookmarks exactly as I asked to have them.

Most of the process was easy. The only glitch was when I created my design, I thought based on the specifications from your site, it kept rejecting it, saying it was the wrong size. The problem was, it didn't give me the opportunity or any guidance about how to fix the problem. When I contacted customer service and they uploaded it, the site resized the design instantly. It would be helpful to all concerned if you could make it so it would just skip to the fix rather than necessitating contacting customer service.
On the other hand, I love the magnets and they came quite quickly! The printing is sharp and the quality if great.

The printing work is always great. I do have a suggestion about the packaging of the brochures when you send them. It's always hard to dig them out of the box because they fit so tightly and it's hard to get a grip on the edges of them. If you put a kind of "cradle" of paper or cardboard in the box before you put the brochures in, customers could just grab the edges of that "cradle" and lift the brochures out of there. If it was an order of 1,000 tri-folds, you could even put a cradle under the bottom 500 of them and another cradle under the top 500 of them.

We paid this company for a full-service EDDM campaign involving 10,000 postcards that were supposed to be delivered beginning 5/19/26. On 5/26/26, USPS informed us that they had never received the routing information or the full postcard quantity necessary to process the mailing.
As a result, our entire order was not mailed as contracted. We were charged for full-service EDDM, yet there was apparently no verification that USPS had received and processed the complete mailing. When we brought the issue to the company's attention and requested a refund for the services that were not performed, our request was denied.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering an EDDM campaign, we suggest working with a provider that verifies USPS acceptance and mailing completion, or handling the USPS drop-off yourself so you can confirm that the full quantity has been received and processed.
We spent thousands of dollars expecting 10,000 postcards to reach potential customers and were left with an incomplete mailing and no refund.
Save your money and time and use a better company.

Unfortunately, these were the wrong size. I needed at least a 1 x 1 or 2 x 2. These are thumbnails.

I paid over $60 for next-day rushed QR code labels from PrintPlace and the quality was unacceptable. The cards arrived with scratched surfaces, bent corners, exposed white edges, and inconsistent cuts. Because these labels are being applied to black packaging, every flaw is extremely noticeable and makes the product look unprofessional.
What’s most disappointing is that I reached out directly by email to resolve the issue and received no response. For the price paid and the rush service advertised, I expected clean, uniform, production quality labels, not damaged stock that looks mishandled before arrival.
As a business owner myself, communication and respect for a customer’s time and money are extremely important. PrintPlace failed at both. Poor quality is one thing, but ignoring a paying customer after delivering a defective product makes the experience even worse.
I will not be purchasing from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Still don’t understand how they can mess up on a simple text logo- finally approved it because nothing was getting changed - when received order they were individual stickers thought they were going to be on a roll -
