I am disappointed in the quality of the albums.
One of them came apart as soon as i opened it which is really sad as it was a birthday present.
I will not be ordering anything again from here.

I have now emailed Printerprix multiple times this month with a simple query regarding my order, but they dont acknowledge my emails or have the decency to reply.

Absolutely appalling. Image far darker and overcropped. I have spent 24 hours trying to contact via customer service but keeps stating order number is incorrect. Live chat ended suddenly just when I thought I was getting somewhere, now it won't reconnect. Customer service is beyond a joke.
The company 'responded' through Trip Advisor, I followed their instructions but was all a farce on their behalf. Seriously avoid this bunch of scammers at all costs. Now in the hand of my bank to deal with on my behalf.

The picture looks great but the delivery experience was not the best, I had several emails telling me when delivery would be and then that it had been delivered, when it had not, and it then arrived 2 days later. Perhaps more an Evri review than Printerpix UK, but perhaps reconsider the delivery channel if this is a common fault seen.

My order arrived OK. But the quality was poor, and the customer service non-existent. Avoid.

The website looked good and I ordered a print of an image in a frame. It arrived promptly and the image looked good until I noticed that one side was lower than the other. They had printed it on card (good) but when they cut the card it wasn't straight. So the image was askew, one side lower than the other. The frame was very cheap and nasty, but it was OK for my purpose.

Anyway I emailed, asking for help. I was ignored. Two days later I emailed again, and again was ignored. Two days after that, I asked for my money back and... was ignored. I ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card.

From their point of view this is great - they got paid, and the rest is my problem. Just don't use these people.

Edit: the reply below is very cynical. I did just this, three times, and they ignored them all. Bad people.

Confirmed and paid order, but impossible to contact Printerpix

I placed order 46276863 on 16 August for an A4 Landscape Layflat Hardcover Photo Book as a gift for my first wedding anniversary this weekend. Because it was time-sensitive, I specifically paid for Expedited shipping.

Printerpix sent me an email clearly stating “Your order is confirmed” and “We’ve received your order.” The confirmation shows payment by credit card and Expedited shipping.

Since then, however, I have received three emails saying my basket is still awaiting payment.

I have had no dispatch confirmation. The Track Order link produces an error and the Invoice link produces an error.

More concerningly, I have been trying to contact Printerpix through its advertised live chat since 18 August. The chat says an agent is online and that they are “currently replying in under a minute”, but my messages have remained unanswered for approximately two days. I have also tried every UK telephone number I can find for Printerpix and none appears to be operational.

I don’t currently know whether my book has even entered production, despite having an order confirmation and having paid extra for expedited delivery.

I am posting this in the hope that somebody at Printerpix will actually see it and urgently investigate order 46276863.

At this stage I am not asking for a generic customer-service response or another link to the chatbot. I simply need somebody to check the actual order and tell me whether my book has been produced and when it is being dispatched.

I have created eight photobooks via Groupon offers now. Printerpix books can have full pages of text, so I have used them to create proper illustrated books on Family History and other subjects, as well as also using them for more usual Wedding and family photos. Also for albums on specific interests
I always design my own. The Themes and Autofill can be used, but i advise editing anything created this way before ordering as it can add extra pages to your project by creating many full page photos where you could fit two or three on a page, for example.
I have created a Facebook 'Using Low Price Photobooks' tutorial group explaining how to get the most from them which depicts every feature, with examples.

I received an email from this company stating I could have a discount of 84% on my next order. However after two months of emails going back & forward with them promising to fulfill their promise I am still waiting. I have found their customer service appalling! I used them many times in the past but they appear to have seriously shown no customer service now. Sadly I would no longer recommend this company.

Help!!! I have used printerprix for years. Product arrived damaged. Unable to contact them everything on line. No response. Order number not recognised

I would have given this a five-star rating because the quality of the photo book was excellent and the whole ordering process was smooth and straightforward. However, I was very disappointed to be charged a separate delivery fee for each album. I was not given the option to combine both albums into one delivery and pay a single delivery charge.

I feel this was very unfair, especially as both albums could easily have been delivered together. As a result, I was unnecessarily left out of pocket by the additional delivery charges, which has unfortunately affected my overall experience.

Ordered a photobook and paid extra to skip the manufacturing queue and also extra for Rush delivery. Ordered on a Monday and should have been with me on the Thursday/Friday it stated; it's now the following Tuesday and no delivery! The person it is for, I can no longer give it to, and no one is responding to me on the live chat.
