I have ordered from Printerink before with no problem. The cartridges came in a large bubble wrapped bag. This order came in a small bubble wrap bag and one of the black cartridges had leaked making it unusable. I am in hopes to get a refund. I suggest large Bubble wrapped bags for these items due to the contents.

More Ink for the money; great delivery times.
I first used Printer Ink because the ink cartridges were (at that time) about $15 less than the brand name cartridges. (Brancd name prices have come down a bit since then.) I was VERY surprised at how much longer the cartridges lasted--it seemed to me at least three times longer than the brand name ink cartridges.
I still use Printer Ink today and always get far more ink for the money in the same sized cartridge, for a much lower price and they deliver promptly. Definitely a 5-star company.
