Terrible costumer service

A while back, I have ordered a quite expensive bracelet from a certain brand on their website. It broke and I contacted them. Even though the warranty expired they agreed on taking back the bracelet and refund me, which was a nice gesture from them. First they confirmed I would receive a refund on my mode of payment. Then I got the information that I received a voucher instead of a refund. They then told me they could not refund the money, because they can’t.

I then decided to buy the same bracelet again, as I thought the previous bracelet could’ve been a production fault. And I had that voucher that I needed to spend. But the new bracelet broke as well, after less than a month. I told them I wanted a refund because I’m no longer interested in buying that same bracelet. Now they tell me again they cannot refund that voucher. So it basically means that I’m forced to spend the money on their website for something I don’t even need, and was not even my fault…! I’ll never buy something from this company again!

I ordered 3 items online

I ordered 3 items online. Only one was the correct item and delivered on time. Two others took 2 weeks to get the refund. It’s impossible to reach them over the phone and 5 mails were simply not answered. This is just a ridiculous company with NO customer service.

Why is it so difficult to arrange a return Printemps?

Like other customers have commented on, trying to arrange a return of an order is very difficult. I completed the online returns form more than 3 days ago and am still awaiting for a return shipping label to be sent to me. It says on the Printemps website that, after completing the online return request, “the shipping label and customs forms will be emailed to you by our partner Glopal within the few next hours”. More than 72 hours later and counting I’m still waiting to receive the return label and customer services are very poor and slow to respond to queries.
I had been happy enough with the shopping experience and delivery but why is it so difficult to arrange returns?

Parcel finally arrived today, three weeks later. I open the box, and the jumper is damp to the touch. Yes, damp and in a state. Piling on the shoulders and covered in bits of dust. Unbelievable.

Wow, now you’ve taken to lying about my order. On 14 July I was notified that my order had been dispatched, and on 17 July I got an email saying how sorry you are that my order has not been processed yet. On 19 July you’re writing on trust pilot that my order has been delivered. Let’s be clear, it has not. There has been no notifications via email or text of the tracking number. Who delivered it? Where was it delivered?! Where’s the proof of delivery?!

For goodness sake Printemps! My order was placed a whole week ago! Order number 7521929. It was estimated to arrive last Thursday latest. And there has not been a single communication to say that it is being processed or what the progress is. No response via email either. Awful customer service. Non-existent in fact.

Wow experience!!!

To tell the truth I was afraid ordering on that website after all bad reviews I've read. But decided to risk, the prices were really too good to be true. Today I received my order (less than 1 week)☺️ well packed and with taxes almost paid, because the website is French and I've ordered from England.
Highly recommend!!!

Impossible to return items

I'm based in the UK and requested a return for my order a few days ago. So far, I haven't received the shipping label yet, although I do have the return form. No response from customer service or through messenger!

Shameful!!

Honteux!! I will never order anything from this unscrupulous company!!
I placed an order on June 14th, nearly 3 weeks ago and I have never received the item. When I contacted Customer Service to enquire about my order, I received no answer or acknowledgment of my complaint. Customers are left without their money and without any service to complain. I lost my money and I haven't received the item. Shame on you!! There are too many bad reviews, I definitely should have seen this website before I purchased something from Printemps. A jamais!!!
Update: Only when I contacted Paypal informing them that I had never received my item, Printemps replied to my enquiries and acknowledged my item was lost. Paypal reimbursed me first and ensured Printemps did the same.

Awful delivery service

Awful delivery service by Chronopost.
The package should have arrived to chronopost pick up point. Courier company Chronopost did not deliver it for unexplained reason, did not communicate it to the receiver at all and sent it back to Printemps. No explanation provided.
Now I ended up with no order, no refund, no information.
Bad experience!

I don’t normally leave a review but reading so many negative comments before I placed my order I was compelled to share my very positive experience.
I ordered a pair of trainers - arrived in less than a week - beautifully packaged so could not have asked for more.

Order 8831356

Order 8831356, order was not delivered successfully despite the delivery tracking says it was. I filled in the non receipt form but have not heard back for days now, this is extremely worrying and i hope my suspicions don’t prove right about this company. As of right now I’m £400 out of pocket and without my order. Can someone get in touch with me by email otherwise i will have to take this matter to a legal team for further help.

They lost my shoes and haven't refunded me.

Ordered shoes, when it came to the delivery, the parcel was left on the steps of a busy main road, a few houses down from the one i ordered to. I filled out a form over 2 weeks ago and since then it's been radio silence, I just want my refund. The customer service don't seem to bothered by my profound and prolonged issues. These shoes cost 825£, so right now I have neither the shoes or my money, also the delivery took over 2 weeks when it was supposed to occur within 2-3 days...I'll leave the order here in case they want to contact me 4350301

Update: firstly my names Pat not Evelyn so I have no clue what that’s about, you told me they’ll open a investigation with the carrier over 2 weeks ago, it doesn’t take that long to investigate…

Terrible customer service

Sent the wrong item. Requested item now out of stock. Waited weeks to receive shipping label and still not received. Refund on item not received not processed. Customer service unresponsive

UPDATE - still very unresponsive over emails but has the time to respond publicly on here, claiming a malfunction with the provider (first I’ve heard of it). Going round in circles with them now asking and the returns form suggesting I’m returning two pairs of shorts - no, as outlined initially I am just trying to get a refund for my item not delivered and send back the item sent to me by mistake.

Company does not “remain at my disposal” as suggested. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered my item nearly two weeks ago…

I ordered my item nearly two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my item. It has been stuck at the Amazon depot since may 18th with no updates. They have stated it will arrive by the 17th but there has been no updates what’s so ever. My order number is: 2332151. Get this fixed as soon as possible and give me my refund back.

So after reading all the reviews I was a little worried but I couldn’t get the beautiful shoes I so wanted anywhere else so I decided to go for it !
Anyway my experience was fantastic!!! Shoes delivered safely, brilliantly packaged and exactly as described in 1 week and that included a bank holiday. Yes there was a few days after the shipping update when my tracking didn’t budge but I guess that was whilst the item travelled from France into the UK and cleared customs. As a soon as Amazon had it I was updated on a delivery day and time and it arrived as planned.
Fast shipping. Good service and most importantly I now have the shoes I so desperately wanted and I LOVE them.
Thank you Printemps. Made my year 😊

Due to so many negatives on here I felt I needed to write about my experience in the hope it reassures others. I ordered from this company and then looked on Trust Pilot! Due to so many negatives I started to think I wouldn’t receive my trainers or there would be an issue. From start to finish they took just over 2 weeks. It had stated 6th May and they arrived today the 13th but I did think 6th was a bit tight due to only ordering them on the 1st. Trainers are perfect and after this positive experience I’d have no problem buying from them again.

Re Order 5051998

Re Order 5051998 - Wish I had come here before placing my order. Customer service is totally non existent - ordered way back 23rd March - it is now 18th April - no sign of order and no way of speaking to anyone - I simply want a refund - why do you have to make it so difficult? - I will never return to the site again and I advise others to only order if you are desperate to receive a specific item that you can't buy elsewhere but realise you may not actually receive it and getting a refund seems harduous and I have yet to be successful and my quest continues - no doubt I will get the cut and paste reply that all the others get - however I will update here if the customer service response is positive and my money finally refunded or I am left in limbo as has been the case for weeks ..
