Good experience
I made 2 separate clothing purchases from Printemps and the experience has been a good one. The items arrived in about a week. Unfortunately, one of the items didn’t fit and I had to return it. I had to call Customer Services regarding a return label, they answered very quickly and were very helpful. The return and refund took about 2 weeks.

Great service, absolutely zero issues with UK delivery!
Extremely pleased with my purchase, ordered a fairly expensive coat (which they had a great deal on!) was apprehensive at first but very glad I went ahead with my order. Arrived within a week of my order and also very nicely packaged. Won’t hesitate to use again!

Stone Island Coat
After an initial email to confirm despatch, everything went smoothly and the item was received on the 8th day after order was placed.
Communication from Printemps was good and tracking info was accurate too.
No additional duty charges or issues with customs and as the item was over £900.00 I was very happy not to have an another unexpected cost on top.
All in all I had a very good experience with Printemps and would purchase from them again.

Perfect experience, no issues shipping to UK
Wasn't sure after reading these other reviews, but had a great experience!
Ordered a necklace to the UK on a Friday and it came exactly 7 days later. I was worried about customs, because with shipping my item was £1 over the threshold - but Printemps said on their website no extra duties would be applied, which was correct, I didn't have to pay anything extra.
Would definitely order again!

Bad service ever!
Bad service ever, bought a candle via personal shopper but item arrived badly damaged because without proper packaging to secure the fragile item. Sent in email and no one get back from either printemps department and diptyque printemps!
Got a replied from printemps review saying they wil transferred to the relevant departmant to avoid reaccurance? How about my lost? Just ignored? I paid for a damaged item?!

Dont buy from these people I was sent a pair of Acne jeans with a manufacturing flaw and when I asked to return them was told it was my fault for wearing them! I didnt buy them just to look at!
I know that they were worn but I didnt see the flaw to start with and it is clearly a manufacturing fault and I sent pictures to prove this fact.
Took days and days to even reply and then they were patronising and unhelpful.
Will certainly not buy from this so called luxury retailer again!

Delighted with my Purchase
After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive ordering from this website however I was quite surprised at how smooth the process was. I ordered a dress on the 12th November. I received confirmation of order and notification when the item was dispatched. It arrived today, 19th November and the dress is exactly what I expected. Very happy with the service and I would be happy to order from them again.

I ordered sunflower Doc Marten boots GBP180 for a 16th birthday two weeks ago, the message reads delivery from 31st October. I have had no contact from Printemps at all since then regarding possible delays, and the birthday is now missed. Issues refunding in the form of…
Issues refunding in the form of original payment method. I have sent numerous emails with proof of address and bank details so they could issue my refund via bank transfer, still awaiting a refund. Customer service based in France and whilst professional and seemingly helpful they are limited to what they can do.
15th Nov update: Still awaiting my refund, said it has been issued but nothing, spoke to someone today who advised refunded as a credit note which I never requested. Avoid this company completely.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service from a “luxury” department store. I bought a Thom Browne jacket that was shipped reasonably quickly. It has since been lost (stolen) by Evri as it did not move for days on end. I had to repeatedly chase Printemps for three weeks for them to contact Evri as they wouldn’t speak to me, only the shipper. They finally agreed it was “lost” and I’ve now been waiting over a week to get my money back.
I’d suggest Printemps stop using Evri as there seems to be a theme with theft…

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service and really quick delivery, considering it was shipped from France. Ordered Saturday and products delivered the next Friday. Beautifully packaged, which was a bonus as they’re both gifts and the best price I have seen for one item I ordered, so I was really pleased. I must admit, I was a little worried after reading some reviews but had no reason to be and I will order from Printemps again.

Very disappointed with the website ordered 2 coats that said they was in stock to then receive an email saying my order has been cancelled 4 days later still no email or confirmation of a refund and as it stands I’m £2800 down. Do not waste your time or money.

I would give a zero rating. I can’t do that. On here.
I brought item on printemps. I was meant to be delivered on the 14th July.By Evri, I contacted customer service and parcel was stuck in customs and has cleared. The items in transit of 21 days. I was made to send ID and declaration form. Declare that’s the item not has arrived. It will take 15 days to investigate. They will give a outcome. This is not good obviously Evri have lost or misplaced the parcel. I don’t quite understand how a big parcel go missing or get misplaced.
I haven’t received a refund, as I have wait 15 days. For an outcome.
Shall not be buying from this company again. As they use Evri and Evri poor delivery company who damages, loses parcel and send the to the wrong address. That is why I send my parcel to be picked up at the local from Evri shop. Made big mistake ordering from France. I would like my money back. I have had parcel go missing from big companies they just give a refund. This company want to investigate first. They think the customer is lying and tracking states still in transit.
If anyone who loses there parcel will be investigate first. Give a outcome. Maybe be the parcel or money back.

Would not recommend - order never arrived and extremely poor communication around it
I made an order over two weeks ago and there is still no sign of it. I received an email saying it was dispatched and I could track it, but there were no actual details of where it was or why there was such a delay on the 'tracking' page. The 'FAQ' section on the website doesn't clearly show anything about delayed orders, and it was very hard to find a way to get in contact with printemps. I tried on facebook but it didn't work at all. I would not recommend printemps
