the worst company ever...details just…

the worst company ever...details just too much...guaranteed me breakfast as part of reservation...confirmation did not reflect that...called customer service...they reviewed the recorded call...sided with me and in an email STATED that my breakfast should have been included and to forward the receipt in a PDF to them upon completion of my trip...i have spent literally hours trying to get my 91.00 back (4 days of breakfast) and all i get is a run around...time after time...their goal, just wear me down...but frankly, not even their goal....they just dont know what they are doing...and this from a person who never leaves negative reviews...i to the point now that it has nothing to do with the 91.00....it's the principle...i'm done with them and so should you...

If I could give a -0 rating I would

If I could give a -0 I would. I used Penny Chat to cancel the insurance on my booking. Was asked if i wanted to cancel the room too. I said no, only the insurance. On Friday, June 5th when looking at my email for the address I found that my room was canceled. Spoke to priceline and was told they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to look at the chat and they said they couldn't, I asked for a supervisor and was told it would be escalated and I would hear something in 24 hours. Today is Wednesday, June 10th and haven't heard anything so I called. They could find no escalation (I could barely understand him) so I asked to talk to a supervisor. He said there was a wait to speak to a supervisor and they would call me back. Said it was a 6 minute wait, it's been over an hour and I am still waiting...I will never use Priceline.com again.

Never Again

Never again! I accidentally hit the button while researching prices and booked a hotel. Told Priceline about the error within 5 minutes and called the hotel, which agreed to cancel the reservation. It is literally 2 days later, and after over 2 hours on the phone trying to fix this, Priceline is telling me they will need to contact their third party vendor which will then contact the hotel and I have to wait 24-48 hours. This is after multiple, multiple calls and being told the hotel was being contacted and waiting the 48 hours. Zero customer service. Gold member that will NEVER book Priceline again after how I've been treated. This should have been a 5 minute call.

This has been the worst customer…

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I intend to share my experience online and with others so they can make informed decisions. Please communicate this feedback to your partners and leadership team. I am extremely disappointed with how this issue has been handled.

This company is one of the WORST…

This company is one of the WORST companies to deal with hotel bookings. Please be aware that even when they are a 3 party company dealing with your trip. Things like CHANGING THE DAM DATE can be an issue if you are NOT AWARE OR CONSTANTLY CHECKING YOUR BOOKING!. It happen to me when I selected one of their "fastdealspromts" and literally when you select this "promos" you do not choose THE HOTEL they choose it for you, and what they do not mention to YOU is that THEY ALSO CHANGE THE DAM DATES AS WELL... So double check or triple check the info is accurate!! because when they offer you those cheap trips they use hotels that do not offer cancelation or refunds! Even if you pay them EXTRA for "insurance".. Again is a 3 party that does not even have a phone number!! SO BE AWARE!! they do not care for the customer they would STIFF you!! BETTER CHOOSE ANOTHER 3 COMPANY!! OR DO THE BOOKING YOURSELF!!

Scammy rubbish

Booked a car rental in the UK. All done in GBP - no indication that Priceline or the rental company don't have a UK presence or a UK support phone number to call.

On arrival at collection address, discovered it's a business park and no car rental company to be found anywhere. Phone number for the car rental company was Argentinian country code (so cost me to call) - unable to connect despite repeated attempts and ended in network message 'unable to connect to number' each time.

Priceline also have no number you can call them on - only support routse is an AI chatbot that gets stuck in a loop - to proceed it insists you login or 'find my trips' if checked out as guest (even if you supply it with all booking codes and refs from email) -> emails you a code -> you enter code & it takes you to the homepage -> you click for support and get the same AI chatbot with chat history lost -> tells you to login or 'find my trips' again -> repeat.

I ended up having to file for a credit card charge dispute.

Avoid at all costs!

Complete scam, all ran by foreign country.

I booked a hotel through Priceline. I had all of my confirmations and itinerary numbers and it was paid in full. When I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation on file. I called Priceline and they told me that they would go ahead and cancel it on their end and I could rebook with the hotel since I was there in the lobby. They also told me it would be refunded. When they canceled it, the refund notice stated that the refund would be handled through the hotel itself.

Well, if the hotel doesn’t have my reservation, they can’t exactly refund it. So needless to say, I was out of the money. I found out that Priceline and Expedia and all of the other booking agents are all ran by foreign countries. I will start booking directly through the hotel myself. No more third-party crap for me.

HORRIBLE NO HELP!!!!!

We rented this room for Friday and Saturday, we got in earlier then 3om check in. So for $20 the desk clerk let us in to a room early. We stepped into room 219 and the smell that was in it was absolutely atrocious. I called the front desk and complained and they sent up a maintenance (worker that stood away from the door with a look on her face as if to say I know the smell, I'm not going in three) she had a 4 spray away from being empty bottle of fabric spray and was told to tell us "that's all we can do!" THAT'S ALL YOU CAN DO? After $400+ hotel stay? With people constantly sitting next to the exits blowing marujauna clouds at us as we come out the exits, super thin walls hearing everything around us. The smell stayed all weekend we went to target and bought some more sprays and other stuff to treat the room so we could sleep. So damn disappointed with our absolutely horrible stay. Plus as we left, the same front desk clerk that was working was there again. We gave her back the empty bottle fabric spray. She was confused as to why we were just leaving it in the counter. Then we told her of the horrible experience we had, and we were told. Huh? That's crazy, I guess I'll have to check, things happen. Probably just have to open the door for awhile. That was it? NO THANK YOU!!!!! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. AFTER THIS, HOPEFULLY NO ONE DOES EITHER!!!!!!

I hate Priceline

I hate Priceline. Worst company on earth. Horrible customer service. They sold me a car reservation. There were no cars at the rental office. I still had to fight with them for a refund.

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. Do not use this service. They took our money before telling us that we could not stay at our hotel since we lived too close to it. Then they refused to give a refund since we “canceled”, even though the hotel simply refused to let us stay after we had payed. Avoid using them at all costs.

Moved me to another location with no warning or option

I booked with Priceline with a hotel I was very familiar with and upon arriving to the hotel, I was told I did not have a reservation. Front desk went to the back to "call the manager" and afterwards informed me that my reservation was transferred to another hotel they owned. Priceline never alerted me to this change. I had to pay a deposit at this hotel (the other hotel doesn't make you put a deposit) and once getting the room, it was filthy and not at all comparable to what I had booked. My reservation and confirmation via VIP account on the Priceline app and website still say I am staying at the other hotel that I booked. I called customer service and the first person I spoke too agreed that was not right and was not at all ok. I was transferred after being on hold for over 20 minutes and was told there was nothing they could do because I had went into the room at the other hotel. I will never use Priceline ever again and will recommend Super to everyone moving forward.

Absolutely disgusted by this company…

Absolutely disgusted by this company and their sister company guestreservations.com. Our mum died unexpectedly the day before our 1-night stay. I still called them mere hours after she had passed to let them know the situation and to give as much notice as I could. I also contacted the hotel directly. The hotel were fine with a refund. Expedia were happy with a refund. But Guestreservations.com and their 2nd “middle-man” have decided not to honour a refund and have not even given us a chance to provide a death certificate to prove we are not lying. The company demonstrates no ability to show compassion in extreme cases it seems. Such a vile company. We need the money to help pay for a funeral so this has just added to the stress of the situation and they simply won’t help. Avoid.

Can I give it no stars

Can I give it no stars? First, I didn’t realize the prepaid express deals through Priceline give the rental car company, the option of not honoring the rental agreement, while still allowing them to keep your money .
I think it’s insane that I had a prepaid reservation and showed up at the car counter in the airport and was told they didn’t have any cars. It was at our own expense to Uber to our hotel and Uber back to the airport the next day with the hope that they would have a car then ($80). Only to be giving an unroadworthy car. We experienced a flat tire because a piece of the tread came off the tire. The mechanic told us how lucky we were it didn’t happen on the highway because the tire would’ve blown. Then he went on to tell us that neither of the front tires on the car were roadworthy. For our inconveniences, and literally putting our lives in danger, Fox offered me a $25 credit on my next Fox rental car (limited to the next 12 months) as if there would ever be another Fox rental from me!
Priceline supported Fox’s position saying they can’t help that they partner with scum, Fox has the final say so on making reparations or not
