I worked with Jade and she was so friendly and helpful with any of my questions. I was always able to get hold of her if i had questions or concerns. As a first time buyer i felt the whole process was very overwhelming but Jade made everything so easy and stress free! Will definitely be using again when we need to remortgage!

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Prestige and we’ll definitely continue using them in the future. We’ve just remortgaged and cannot fault the service at all. The whole process was quick, easy and straightforward which cannot be said often when you’re consolidating 2 mortgages and changing providers. The rate we secured was so much better than anything I could find myself and we were able to complete everything remotely leaving Prestige to do all the hard work for us.

I was advised using Prestige after putting an offer in for a house. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about what was right or wrong, or what I should do, and indeed when. Paul contacted me straight away and set up a meeting with myself that worked around my crazy hours. Paul was very welcoming and friendly yet professional throughout. He understood my worries and confusion as a first time buyer and made sure I was happy with everything he explained. He took the time to listen to all of my questions, answering them without using jargon I wouldn't understand. For someone to be able to do this without making someone feel spoken down to is incredible. Everything was handled perfectly.

Paul was able to find me a great mortgage deal, and once this was set up, handed my case to Toni who has been a dream to have on my case - to say the least. Unfortunately i had huge problems with my own solicitors and correspondence with them, through March to this current day Toni has had my back with this and chased them as much as, or if not more, than myself. Toni has pushed and pushed to get answers we needed. I definitely wouldn't have been able to keep the fight in me to get my first house if it wasnt for Toni's determination. She was even emailing me just to let me know she was still there if I needed, even when there was no update to give. This made me aware Toni was always there when or if I needed her and made sure I never felt I was in this alone. Both Toni and Paul have been faultless throughout and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

Even during the coronsvirus pandemic, the team have been working from home and both Toni and Paul have been contactable throughout and kept on top of all their emails. I dont know how you do this!!

It is very rare I can leave a review for a company and not have 1 fault to pjck up on. But honestly and truthfully, Prestige have been 100% on the ball throughout and been a pleasure to have on my property purchase case.

I can't recommend Prestige Financial Solutions. We have used them for several years. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable especially Toni and Kim. They offer excellent advice and services.

These guys at Prestige made the 'daunting experience' of buying a house and sorting out a mortgage a very easy process! It could not have gone more smooth than I expected it to. I'd just like to thank Paul Hurt and his Team at Prestige for the amazing work that they have done for me so far. For my first initial mortgage appointment Paul offered to travel all the way to Doncaster which made things so much easier for me. The following day I have received an email from Paul with a copy of the Agreement in Principle! Few days after that I have had some bad news (my property got down valued) which meant I needed to borrow more and go with a different Lender. Paul and his Team were on it straight away and they were always there updating me and offering me advice. I couldn't thank them enough. They are quick, reliable and simply the best! Firstly, I must point out that I normally don't complete these types of surveys as I find the true meaning of customer service has somewhat been lost in translation these days. I am pleased to say however that this was not the case with the “above and beyond” service I received from Prestige.

Right from the word go, all through the entire process right up to completion I was guided, advised, informed and updated at every step. The professionalism from the team dealing me with me was at all times outstanding and the effort put in by Mrs Deaton alone was nothing short of excellent, all in all making the successful transition as comfortable and assuring as possible.

If the opportunity ever arises for me to use Prestige’s services again I will not hesitate to do so and I myself will also now be advising others who may require financial services to contact them first.
