The process felt smooth and well-managed, and I was kept informed at every stage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism, which made what could have been a stressful process much more straightforward. I would definitely recommend their services especially if you are first time buyer home in the uk.

Premier Solicitors were recommended by my Mortgage Advisor .

Premier Solicitors- 1st time home buyers conveyancing
We were first time home buyers, were unsure of the conveyencing process and asked alot of questions, Priya Hothi and Adrianna Bahrij have been outstanding. They have been patient, answered all our questions throughout and guided us step by step. They act quickly as soon as information comes in and keep the process moving, keeping us informed at each part.
We found Premier Solicitors and Priya inparticular, trustworthy and very good value for money. She made a long and complicated process easy.

Job done, quickly, communication inexistant
To start I want to say that the work has been completed and done is a quick time frame.
That being said, we were allocated a team of 3 to be sure that someone would always been available. No one was ever available for us. It sometimes took us a week to get an answer from them. The seller sollicitor, our mortgage advisor and the auction team had to contact us because they couldn't get an answer from Premier Solicitors .
There was a load of mistake done, we had to constantly double check the information given by Premier sollicitors and had some paper to be rewritten as wrong. Some other papers had typos . I was expecting more from a service that costed us more than £2000
I trully believe that most of the review here are bots considering how bad the service was. The moments I had answer was when i was contacting the person that put us in relation with them or when I lost it and contacted the director of the company.
I highly recommend to find another company

The whole process with Tricia’s team and especially Millie our conveyancer has been so easy, clear and quick! As first time buyers we was stuck deciding on a solicitors as there’s risky cheap online options or the quality option in Premier Solicitor. If I could leave a minus star I would! It seems perhaps on conveyancing clients are happy, for probate I’d repeat what others say, don’t touch with a barge pole!
Over a year since my stepdaughter died and for the last 10 months I have heard nothing from them. They have not applied for probate though I was told at the end of May last year they had everything needed to apply. House has been left, no utilities have been notified, no insurance is in place. Final demands lie untouched.Costs to the estate mounting. Accounts emptied. I am now seeking legal advice to remove them as executors. All phone calls, emails remain unanswered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our solicitor, Jayleigh, was superb for our house purchase. Our experience with another firm for our flat sale was awful, and left us worried that all solicitors would be the same.
