I sought legal advice from Premier Solicitors earlier this year following a very difficult situation at work, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received.
I had worked for my previous company for 8 years before it was taken over in 2025. After being TUPE transferred, my role changed significantly and, despite being promoted to Finance Manager, I received no training or support for months. By January 2026, I felt completely stuck and unsure of my position, so I decided to seek legal advice.
Gary Lee was incredibly clear, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the outset. He took the time to fully understand my situation and explained my options in a way that made everything feel much more manageable. My case was then handled alongside Zaira, who was equally professional and efficient. She drafted both a Grievance Letter and a Without Prejudice letter on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the process.
When my employer still failed to resolve matters, Gary stepped in directly and negotiated with them. The outcome exceeded my expectations — he secured a strong settlement package along with a reduced notice period, allowing me to leave on positive terms at the end of April.
Gary and Zaira were professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced in employment law. I truly felt supported throughout what was a very stressful time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

In an employment dispute Solicitor Gary Lee was absolutely outstanding throughout: tenacious, focused, aggressive when necessary, prepared to change tactics when required. The experience overall was good
The experience overall was good, would have given 5 start but was little frustrated and disappointed at times as originally my case was being handled by someone who had parted company and the handover on terms of progress etc was abysmal. Divya took the brunt of and was very patient, understanding given the circumstances. She provided a very hands on and attentive service, easy to reach unlike the initial case handler Kyiara. 5 star for Divya, Sandithi was helpful and tried her best to accommodate although at times information wasnt always cascaded. Overall completed before end of Remortgage term and that was the target and achieved after some setbacks.
