Emanuel is a first rate window cleaner
Emanuel did a fantastic first clean. Very professional, polite and efficient. Explained things really well. I had contacted the company chat to ask if I needed to be in but not had a response. Emanuel told me it wasn’t necessary as you pay online after your windows are cleaned.

Clean windows
Really pleased but came a little too early I wasn’t prepared as I didn’t know the time of arrival. However brilliant experience subdued were cleaned with no disturbance to people still asleep. There were still water marks in some of the windows but I can live with that overall very pleased and would recommend

We do understand your point regarding arrival times. Our rounds run between 8am and 4pm, and as we work on a postcode-to-postcode basis, it can be difficult to provide exact arrival times as we need to keep the schedule moving for all customers throughout the day. We always do our best to accommodate requests, and if a later visit is preferred, our customer service team can look into what options may be available.
Regarding the water marks, we appreciate your feedback. Sometimes windows can have existing residue or build-up from previous cleaning products, soaps, or treatments, and this can take a couple of cleans to fully break down and remove. Our regular cleans help gradually restore the glass and achieve the best possible finish.
If you’re still unhappy with any areas after the clean, please let our customer service team know and we’d be more than happy to arrange a free reclean to put things right.
