Our application was dealt with speedily. The staff involved were always available to assist us and dealt with all our enquiries with understanding . Being of the " older " age group we were extremely nervous of the process but Precise made it easy.

We remortgaged to rid ourselves of an interest only mortgage from a bad provider & to reduce the length of its term to make us mortgage free prior to retirement. Precise met all the requirements, only one negative & that is that the, fixed for 2 years, interest rate is just a little bit high.
I would recomend them to others in a similar position to us & aren't given a particularly high credit rating by the CRA's.
