Made the whole process easy, and they were the only mortgage company who would allow us to release equity to invest into a business.
Great communication, fast turnaround and would definitely recommend.
Precise mortgages were very professional with us and even though our mortgage advisor dealt with them, we were extremely happy
The turnaround from application was relatively quick considering our credit profiles. And were fair in giving us a lower interest rates post offer after products offers were lowered

Our financial adviser dealt with precise ( Gareth Tucker ) which we can recommend both as our process with purchasing wasn’t the smoothest but Gareth and precise made it lots easier for us

Very good caring staff. Helpfull in every step of getting the mortgage. Excellent and quick transaction.
Awesome thanks for my new house 😊😊 and when I rang up very good customer service
Avoid this company at all costs!! Their service is atrocious. Need a Valuation Fee before they accept your application. Constantly asking for paperwork and updates as they take too long to process your information. You then get declined with no reason! Which isn't any help if you are trying to get your first house. Had half the amount of the mortgage as a deposit but still not acceptable in their eyes! We're supposed to have organised my refund last week! But incapable of doing that so now got to wait another 5 to 7 days for that and having to cancel my weekend away due to all this. Useless. Do not reccomend them one little bit and they call themselves Precise !!
