I thought it was strange that I could…

I thought it was strange that I could not build a cart online and purchase these that way. When I called and spoke to a lady there she said you have to call to order each time. In this day and time, I thought why not give the customer the flexibility of doing this either way. My two cents.

We're sorry to hear you find the product uncomfortable. A short break-in period, a few hours of wear per day, may be required to get used to the level of support. If you still aren't satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-237-3668 and they'll be happy to coordinate an exchange or refund for you. We do have a variety of products with different support and cushioning levels - you might need something with less support and more cushioning.

Excellent customer service

I ordered online and When there was an issue with my debit card the company reached out to me that same morning in order to fix the issue and there was no delay in receiving my item. Very pleasant and helpful.

Powerstep Pinnacle Low Arch

Powerstep Pinnacle Low Arch - these hit the spot - literally. I have many pairs of the Pinnacle regular arch which have all been good but in some of my shoes the arch is just a little too aggressive for my low arch feet. These were just what was needed. Before switching to powerstep insoles I used to have arch pain all the time but since I've put them in all my shoes/boots my feet have felt much better.

Helpful orthotics

I have found that Powerstep orthotics are effective, affordable and accessible. they have helped me feel much more comfortable and walk longer.
