They are certainly not the cheapest, but if you compare like-for-like products you find they offer top quality — and the installation service was excellent. So far the system is meeting or exceeding what was promised in terms of generation, and the sales staff made it really simple for us.

The employees did a great job. Am very pleased with our come. Might be helpful if they advised the household owner when they have finished and need to come back. They had left but no one advised there was still a little bit of sork to come back and finish

I found the people from PowerSmart…
I found the people from PowerSmart Solutions to be very courteous and very professional in all of their dealings. The salesperson who came out was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. The installation was very quick and the follow up emails etc to get the system up and going were all handled by the team. Highly recommend them.

Not overly happy with the final…
Not overly happy with the final placement of the panels as they were sold to be placed differently. I don’t believe the sales person was overly upfront at the overall cost. They total cost for powersmart to install this system is at least $10,000.00 over priced. Quite unhappy with the cost.

We started our enquiry nearly 2 years ago when we were working out our plan of renovations. You were the only company to keep in contact with us to see when we were getting the new roof. Not pushy and did not exaggerate the savings. Held our hand through the whole process. Thank you, Megan and Frank for all your help.
