NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THE COST

PowerSmart have done an excellent job from beginning to end. We cannot fault their sales, installation work or products - all aspects very well done.

I have dealt with Powersmart for over 5 years now and am completely happy with their service and back up after sales assistance. Have recently added batteries to the system and as expected this went perfectly. The staff are always friendly and very happy to answer any queries. 10 out of 10

The installation crew were efficient and effective

Battery was insufficient for our house, caused blackouts, electricians had to return multiple times, on going delays, safety issues and no compensation for delays or poor functioning

I installed 6.6kW Solar on my house through Power smart solution on December 10, 2024. Initially, the cost was a little higher than other companies, but I chose Power smart solution for the solar installation because they provide a long warranty compared to other companies. On the day of the solar installation, the Solar crews were very agile and skillful in installing the solar, and whenever there was a change in the weather, they sent me a mobile message to be careful, or even warned me to turn off the solar for a while on a day with heavy lightning. Also, when my roof tiles were damaged due to Cyclone Alfred last March, when I contacted Power smart solution, they kindly sent two solar crews to check if the roof tile damage was caused by the solar panels. I would like to thank Power smart solution for their professional solar installation and continuous after-service, and I recommend Power smart solution to many people who are considering installing solar.

We had used Powersmart before and they were very good so we did again. With all the delays due to rain from the cyclone and then having our roof cleaned and painted they were very accommodating. When they did the installation they were very friendly, efficient and helpful with information. The follow up was very fast and efficient.
