Will NEVER shop at Portmans again!

I spent hours carefully constructing my cart to refresh my wardrobe at Portmans. I paid with my Visa and they took my money. The following day, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled due to it being "flagged as suspicious" by a "third party provider." In their email, they advised that I checked acceptable payment methods before reordering. Their list included Visa! So what was the problem?!?!

I emailed them telling them that I didn't have time to put that cart together again - it took hours! I asked them to put my order through again and send me an alternative way to pay - Paypal, bank transfer - anything. They just resent the same, crappy generic email telling me to try again. NO help whatsoever, and no apology for treating their customers in this ATROCIOUS way.

Long story short, I will never shop there again. I'll be taking my business to a retailer that deserves my money.
