Belladonna duffle coming apart!
I have the belladonna duffle. I have had it less than a year and used it maybe 10 times the stitching and fabric itself has already started to come apart where the yoga mat holder it and where the strap attaches. Considering how much she raves about how much you can fit in, the quality of the manufacturing obviously doesn’t match up to that. She also claims you can use it for travelling too, so it should be able to stand a decent amount of weight and use. Also the shoe compartment and yoga mat do take away from the inside space in the bag, so something to bear in mind. I do love the style and design and was hoping to be able to take it as a weekend bag to dance event but I don’t think it’s sturdy enough sadly.

shipping was decent. unfortunately, while cassey's marketing is amazing, her products seem lackluster. i own the cloud hoodie -- arguably one of her most popular/viral products -- and all the things i was excited about don't seem to matter. it looks ridiculous when zipped up because the length is so awkward, and the fabric is soft, but not softer than most other decent quality hoodies that don't cost $80. cassey's videos seem to take place in a dream world, because the "perfect hoodie" still does not exist, evidently.
Great marketing but bad design and worse experience trying to return
Great marketing but the product when it arrived was disproportionately out of shape. Just looked really awful when worn. I tried to return it and got a message “this item is not eligible for return’. Feel cheated paying such a high price for something which can”t be used. Also paid £13 in shipping. Will never buy again.

I usually love this brand! Clothes are gorgeous and customer service usually helpful.
But not in this case.
I made an order and wanted to use my rewards points (which I have a lot) when I went to cart it would not give me the option to use them. Being on a different device and it have been a while since I made an order I assumed it would be on the next page, so clicked next. The order completed! I immediately sent a request to cancel the order with the title ‘cancel order pf -xxxx’ so it could be seen and understood quickly. Having dealt with their customer service before and found them fast and efficient, I made a second order using my points which was actually also quite a hassle to do.
I then waited for a response from the team.
Nothing.
Then I get an email saying the order had shipped. Only then (minutes later)do I get a response saying they can’t do anything now that the order has shipped even though according to DHL all that has been done is a label been created!
I emailed back and forth with the customer service and all they offered is that they can’t do anything, that they were as quick as possible and 25% off my next purchase. Like I’m coming back any time soon.
I’m an international customer and it takes over a month for these items to get to me and I will have to pay customs taxes as well. Then if I want to return the item I’ll have to cover those costs and the insurance for its delivery as well. And shipping to America from Ireland isn’t cheap!
The fact that I didn’t get a response until right after my order ‘shipped’ is kind of suspicious and smells of a scam!
I’m sorry popflex, I’ve been purchasing from you for years since the bridal and mermaid collections but this has completely changed my opinion of how you run things and hope some changes will be made in the future to consider international customers as well.

Over the years they’ve really improved their quality and fit. Designs are always so different than other brands. Pretty fast shipping times too. Plus eco friendly veggie bags that decompose way faster than plastic.

This online store has the worse customer service... order jacket and calendar not cheap full price over $100, enough time in case of backlog + time of shipping mid November. But until now, nothing so far.
Mid December i contacted their customer service, it looks like my 1st order must have gone wrong somehow so they processed 2nd order ... no apology nothing!!!
Now, they're saying "well, they have no control of shipment". This is a Christmas gift ... not post Christmas gift.
2nd, no offer to offer dissatisfactory delivery or anything.

costumer service is a joke
Their products are lovely, no question, which is why this was my second order from popflexactive.com. But it was definitely my last since their so-called customer service is a complete joke.
I am from Germany and wanted my order to be delivered to a pick up station (which was an option at the check-out process) and of course kept an eye on the shipment tracking. Usually when a package arrives at the pick up station you get a notification by the shipping provider DHL with a code you have to use in order to pick it up. However when the tracking said 'arrived at pick up station' in my hometown I didn't get notificated so I called DHL costumer service where they told me that the tracking code was invalid and that they couldn't help me so I didn't know how to get my package even though it was literally only a couple of meters away from me.
I wrote to popflex that apparently the shipment had gone lost, that the tracking code was invalid and that I couldn't pick it up. I asked them several times to get in touch with DHL to solve the problem and that the package would be sent back to them if I didn't pick it up within a week.
But all they said was that the package was still on its way (even though the tracking said clearly it had arrived where it was supposed to be!), that they understood it was frustrating to wait as if I was an impatient little kid and that there was nothing they could do even though I told them exactly what to do in every single mail. A simple phone call could've solved the whole issue. Instead they talked to me like I was too stupid to understand how delivering a package works. English is not my native language so maybe there was something they didn't understand but I highly doubt it since I communicate with international costumers at work and I've never had problems with making my points clear. Even if that was the case they could've told me that they didn't quite understand what my problem was but no. All they had to say was that I had to be patient and the package would be delivered to me when all the time I was the one who understood what was going on.
And guess what happened three days ago, the package was sent back to popflex just like I said it would. Surprise surprise! And guess who I haven't heard of ever since? Yeah right, their costumer 'service'. So now they have their items back plus my money. This is absolutely unacceptable, no matter where a costumer is from or what language they speak, if you aren't able to treat them with respect and take their matters seriously and aren't willing to do anything to help when they almost beg you to get in touch which the shipping provider (one! one!! phone call!!) then you have chosen the wrong job. How can you seriously rather have a package shipped back 8k kilometres instead of just doing what your costumer asks you to and make a phone call.
If this didn't cost me 240 € and a lot of time and nerves I may even laugh. The worst costumer service I ever dealt with.

Very good products and experience with Popflex Active! There was an issue with an item that was out of stock, so customer service reached out to me and resolved the issue really quickly after I placed my order. My order was shipped internationally and still arrived to me pretty quick. I'll order again, thanks!
Pricey Delivery
Pricey Delivery. This is a lovely mat, good quality and has a nice soft surface. I bought two (the leopard print one too which also looked great) and they are both great quality. They get dirty pretty easily but it does brush off quickly. The product itself is definitely worth the price. But living in the UK meant that I had to pay the $20 shipping and tax as it said on the website, but what I wasn't aware of was that it was going to be sent from the US via Germany so I would then have to pay another £50 import tax on it AGAIN. So personally if I knew it was going to cost that much when I ordered it I wouldn't have bothered but its a lovely product, just be careful.
