I practically only wear POPFLEX now!

I first started buying from POPFLEX two years ago and slowly but surely my entire activewear closet is entirely POPFLEX. Their quality and the value you get is literally unheard of, the same leggings I got 2 years ago are still in my weekly rotation today.

I also love their new exchange program, so if you dont like something they literally work with you to help you find your perfect style and size and you can exchange for free within that category. I always have a hard time finding bras, and this process helped me find the Ambition Bra (that I now have in all the colors haha!).

THE BEST MATS

Being a group fitness instructor, I've had my share of using all styles of mats. Hands down the POPFLEX mats are the most versatile and durable! I also love that I can pack my mat into a carry-on bag and teach/workout anywhere!

I love Cassey and I love POPFLEX. I bought 2 Cloud Hoodies and some leggings and have been living in them ever since! Can truly tell the thought that goes into the process and the fit and quality is solid!

Shady Return Practices, Crazy Restock Fees

Purchased two sweatshirts for Christmas. Neither fit so returned both. Each sweatshirt was $75. They refunded $55 for one of them, and never refunded for the other. We called and they said the $20 was a restock fee? and they would send us a gift card for $55 for the other sweatshirt. We never got the gift card. Buyer beware shady return practices and crazy restock fees.

EXCHANGE INCONVENIENCE

I purchased a top with a promotion code but I needed to make an exchange. Due to poor construction of the product I wanted to exchange for a different product. Because of this, it was crediting me the amount that I paid, and was asking me to pay the difference for the full priced item. I emailed Popflex hoping they would honor the promotion code that I had used as it was 25% of ANY item. They denied me and told me to pay the difference for the full price (~+$26). As much as I loved Cassie and her work out videos, I am going to have to take my business elsewhere. I just made an exchange with NVGTN and had NO issues with exchanging WITH the fact that I had used a promotional code, it still honored it.

Super slow shipping

Ordered a bag. They made the shipment with 1 month lead time. So now all I have is a tracking number.

It's been 10 days. popflex says they shipped. DHL says they still have 20 days to deliver.

Never ordering anything ever again.

Hi, so I in December i ordered a pair of legings from popflex. I found Cassie and her creations on Youtube and fell in love, so I decided to order a pair of leggings, since I needed them. I do not live in the US, and I got the undertsanding that they ship gobaly. It has now been more than 2 months since I ordered and they still have not arrived. I paid taxes for them to shipped to my country, a lot of money. I do not blame popflex for this, I am simply dissappointed. The shipping may have gone wrong, so no harsh feeelings towards popflex. I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience.

Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever. I've been a true fan of Cassey for years and after this experience, I'll never buy from her again and have practically unfollowed her everywhere.

I got taxed $20 !! on a bag, mat, and two pants.
Paid in full.

Pants were canceled because it was low stock item- I was refunded but it was unclear if I was partially refunded the tax.

Sent message to support, no reply, reached out again, said they had already replied. They DID NOT.

I paid full tax on items I didn't even receive!!! Pants I didn't receive I paid tax on???

$50 for a yoga mat about 1 mm thick- a JOKE. As soon as you bend it it makes creases that permanently stays.

Wanted to return to target but not an option. If I return not only do I have to pay a $6 fee to send back. I get charged taxed AGAIN!

Talk about greed. I thought Cassey was different. Will call it a loss. Nothing was worth the price- I got sucked in. Shop on amazon because the quality is nothing special-some marketing team they have there.

extremely disappointing

I've had my eye on the pirouette skort for months and it finally came back in stock so i snagged it. Unfortunately other reviewers seem to be right about their sketchy labor practices and terrible customer service. The new skort was supposed to be longer in the back to accommodate body shape, but the one i received was put together wrong so the skort was longer in the front and very short in the back. It looked like a weird apron with my whole butt out. When I asked for a replacement they were out of stock and all they could offer me was a free return and 20% off my next order, as if I'm ever going to buy from them again.
Leaving 2 stars in fairness to the fact that the fabric quality and design of the skort would've been great if it wasn't made backwards. Also I agree that the sizing runs very small - I'm typically between a L and XL, and the XL was very tight.
also - leaving my review here instead of their website because i've heard they censor their reviews.

Shipment over a MONTH, and terrible customer service

My order took over a month to be shipped over to Singapore, and apparently my address is incomplete. The tracking link they provided lagged terribly, so when I found out there was an issue with the shipment, the parcel was returned. There was no call or email from the courier company at all, and Customer service rep (Kat) then kept on pinning the bad experience on DHL - saying they can't track anymore once handed over to courier etc. I happen to use DHL for international orders, and they've been lovely and responsive with incomplete orders. Besides your cust. svc team, your logistics/fulfilment team really needs to step up. Without asking me or providing options, Kat refunded my order, and proceeded to give a lot of excuses upon my questioning. This is my first time ordering from Popflex Active and it was really disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone outside their domestic market. 😕

Not for me

I've ordered products twice at 2 different launches. thank goodness i only ever paid clearance sale price. the execution of the products are not good. i bought the tropical collection leggings and bra set but the sizing was too small and the quality did not feel great. i recently also purchased the recently launched white (no pocket) mesh romper and it was so see through. the bra pads were see through before putting on. i am a medium complexion girl and the double lined white see through romper was showing my underwear outline too. i do not want to purchase from popflex again after these couples of tries. Cassey Ho is a great influencer for exercise but i think this brand needs a lot more work in delivery and sample try-ons (for all sizes & skin-tones) prior to launch releases.

Cute patterns, awful product quality

The design patterns are very cute. But unfortunately, its another overpriced social media influencer brand that prioritizes marketing over quality.

I ordered the Popflex yoga mat from amazon in the past: the pattern started fading after 2 uses, the mat started shredding after about a week of use, and completely came apart after a month.

I gave it another try and ordered a handful of items directly from the website during their post-Christmas sale: the clothing items are okay priced when on clearance, but otherwise they're just Hanes / Walmart at extremely marked up prices, despite of what her tik tok video claims. The water bottle leaks EVERYTIME I use it and gets all over my stuff. Luckily I don't keep valuables in my gym bags. But it was not just a one-time thing; I have had the unpleasant experience of opening up to a SOAKED gym bag every time I used the Popflex bottle.

I doubt the quality will improve; this is a brand built off of people buying the product to make social media content off of, so appearance over quality. But for someone who prefers my products to be long-lasting and reliable on top of being cute, I will not buy again after multiple failed purchases.

I’m so satisfied with the amazing quality of the items in my order. The cloud Hoodie is my new favorite thing to wear! I was astounded by the amazing customer service. I reached out to see if I could change something in my order and they responded within minutes and they were able to help me! Highly recommend!!!

Often Blames Customers. Bad CS. Poor Cognitive Skills. Poor Problem Solving.

This review is a very comprehensively written review from experience with years of factual observation to best gauge PopFlexActive's credibility as a brand. I hope this will help other customers and followers to better see the truth of their culture, as this is not written out of spite. This review will summarise and list out a few of those points.

As a pilates instructor, Casey is able to instruct movement and purely following her simple daily exercise is fine. She does listen to customer design requests to boost sales and viral videos. However, as a person, or PopFlexActive as a brand the experience is less than pleasant.

As a long time viewer of her workouts and journey, I finally made the decision to support her products a year ago. I was severely disappointed in her team and their company culture.

I had ordered two 2022 journals, a hairband, hair scrunchie, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.

- I noticed my order had not been sent out for 9 days There was no notification or reasoning to why. No communication or attempt to follow-up.
- I emailed them asking for the status. They said it will be shipped out 7-10 'business days'. Okay, so I waited
- 15 days later (11 business days) I followed up.
- CS said there has been problems with shipping and that I would be notified 'next week'.
- No updates that following week.
- 25 days later (17 business days) I emailed them again to follow up.
- CS says that there are shipping issues with my country. Vague reasoning that is not rooted in fact. I contacted the courier service and there was in fact no issue with my country.
- I emailed Popflex to ask them if they could tell me exactly what the issue was.
- Popflex replied saying that they had no idea what the issue was with their warehouse. That if I didn't want the items they will cancel my order and refund.

(Very frustrating at this point. I never mentioned canceling my order or anything. Just wanted to know what was going on. Their only problem solving method for anything is to refund. They do not actually care about having long term customer. For Popflex it is more about hype culture and the one-time customer / local US customer. I will get to this more later).

They do not realise most customers of Popflex have been following Casey for years. To be shoo-ed off like this is highly disrespectful and disappointing after finally deciding to purchase and support her products.

- I replied saying I didn't request for a refund and am disappointed at their ability to actively follow up or find solutions. It had already been a month at this point. (Keep in mind product has NOT yet even been shipped by Popflex's warehouse).

- After days of me actively stating that I would very much like to receive my products and do not want a refund. Issues were somehow suddenly resolved in a matter of a day and a half. Products were shipped.

The story does not end there. It doesn't end until few months later, in total it took us over 3 months to receive our products. In between, we were bounced around like a ping-pong ball communicating between Popflex and DHL. A lot of effort went into patience, understanding, and resolution on our part as customers. Even the courier service asked us to contact Popflex as they were unsure if Popflex had mis-sent it. We confirmed our address. We gave Popflex the benefit of the doubt and waited for logistics to give us updates instead rather than bothering their CS team. DHL had said they did not receive shipment and would need the shipper (Popflex) to raise an official investigation. They did not.

Popflex replied saying they have no control over shipping once it leaves their hands, but why not take this 15% discount for your next order? (I had endured a few months of basically acting as their logistics manager, and had barely even received my first order!)

Shipping is an extended service of a brand.
Popflex CS ofter plays the blame game.
Either blaming the courier service or customer.
A year has passed and they still see no wrong.
They do not consider changing courier services.
They make up vague reasoning without factual basis.
They do not consider being more transparent.
They do not follow up on orders that have not even been shipped from their own warehouse.
They blame their own warehouse team.

In the end understanding and patience was severely met with disappointment.

Factors to be aware of:

- Energy is put into marketing to create hype culture & a sense of urgency. They release small batches without notice to keep people missing out and wanting more. Disregarding long-term follower

- Claims to be environmentally conscious thus small batches, yet are wasteful with marketing & does not do pre-orders

- Disregard feedback once you paid. They often do not handle feedback well. They take it as the customer being unreasonable. Yet they miss the point.
