Worst company I have dealt with. Impossibly difficult to make a claim or speak to a person. Take your money and run. Go elsewhere!

I was looking to find a new quote and to have any changes which I may need explained. With Policy Expert, and it's agent, Jack, I got all I could hope for - all fully explained and at a quote which matched provision in all respects to my current company and at a much more economical price.

Absolutely disappointed with Policy Expert.

Be aware that they do not offer pre-authorised payments for surgery. You may have cover of up to £10,000, but they expect you to pay the full cost of the procedure upfront and only claim the money back afterwards—if the claim is approved. Even worse, they won't confirm in advance whether the procedure is covered, leaving you to risk thousands of pounds with no guarantee you'll be reimbursed.

My dog has double hip dysplasia and urgently needs surgery costing several thousand pounds. The vets won't carry out the operation without payment, and Policy Expert won't pay until after it's been done. Like many people, I simply don't have thousands of pounds available to pay upfront, making the insurance almost useless when it's needed most.

Other pet insurance companies offer pre-authorisation or direct payment to vets, which is far better customer service and helps owners get treatment without this financial barrier.

I wouldn't recommend Policy Expert. I'd look for a company that offers better support when your pet actually needs care.

Despite technical problems constantly finally managed to speak to someone in to obtain house insurance . Very helpful . Hope problems have been resolved

Very competitive prices and selections of cover, was looking for home insurance as mine was up for renewal and found yours very competitive compared to my current provider so decided to change as my current provider couldn't match or come close, I have managed to save £100 for practically the same cover.
