We are absolutely dissatisfied

We are absolutely dissatisfied with this store. First, they refused to issue a refund immediately after the purchase. Then the card we ordered somehow got lost, and after two months they told us that it had supposedly arrived to us but we didn’t receive it, so it was sent back. Now they say we have to pay a fairly large amount again for its redelivery. I am absolutely sure we never received any notifications about the parcel, because my daughter, who had been dreaming of getting the card through this store, checked the mailbox every day and there was nothing there—no notifications at all.

Got a free pull and some change just sitting on my account…forever

I’ve used them a few times and since they got rid off the charges to load money on - which is still stupid - it is better. However…I had intended for this to me my last purchase (even though I still have money on my account because of the aforementioned loading of cash onto the account) but I got a free pull for applying for delivery and no…no they can’t add that to the delivery request so it’ll potentially sit there forever with my $2.40 because shipping is still very steep. I suppose because it’s free I’ll have to let it go. Also…a feature that would be of use would be a ‘are you sure you want to buy this, you’ve bought it already and probably have lost track because you need to go back and forth constantly to see what you’ve bought and what you’re about to buy’ warning. As I have ended up with 2 the same which yes is my fault but a little ‘you’ve already bought this’ might be nice.
Also…member pricing is unacceptable!

Worst kpop buying app STEALS your money!

Worst kpop buying app! Has a ton of hidden fees and charges $20 “processing fee” to just package the card in a tiny cardboard box. People running this app clearly dont care about customer service since they won’t reply back to your messages and they make the site hard to navigate. Good luck getting your money back on any unused money amount when you reload since you can’t get a refund to your wallet

I love pocamarket, but fees hold me back

I really like the concept of pocamarket and they have extremely kind, open and understanding customer service. It feels safe and trustworthy to purchase cards from them, and the shipping was surprisingly faster than expected. I love how there is almost always a coupon or deal event going on, and most cards Are very affordable. The only thing that annoys me about pocamarket, are the fees. There Are fees for basically everything. I understand they need to gain from their business too of course, but there just is quite a lot of fees. It would be much much better if there was a standard fee of for example 1$ on every photocard no matter the price, same with the charging fee. I am fine with the storage fees, also because they dont have a limit to how long you wanna keep them there (which I absolutely LOVE so much! It's the best thing in the WORLD!!) But the only thing kind of stopping me from buying often is really the charging fee. All the other fees Are reasonable and fair enough, I can even live with the photocard purchase fee (also because I mostly buy photocards that range from 1-3$ and the fee for purchasing a photocard is no big deal at all seriously, 1-2$ extra is no issue at all), but the charging fee is what stops me. OTHERWISE, I really really love and support pocamarket and I'm excited to see it blossom even more!🩷

very unclear, predatory and dishonest buying process

lots of hidden fees piling up with every move. you think you're getting a deal or free shipping only to get hit with an insanely high service fee. you're only able to pay by buying store credit which you won't exactly know how much you will need for your purchase. wish it was possible to just add everything to a basket and pay at the very end like in every other, normal store. super disappointed, will be my last purchase from them.
