Booked my annual boiler service online, easy to book and confirmation came through pretty quickly,received a call from a local plumber to confirm date and time slot, arrived as expected and boiler serviced, received a report back from plus heat quickly confirming what had been done. Great service as usual.

Someone recommend me to join Plusheat but I am not very happy with their service I recommended to some of my friends they let me down qI got the boiler service a lady came hardly spent 15 minutes she had a look she found something she didn’t do anything she said it’s not a big job she said she will report to u guys now u people asking me a huge amount to get that repair I what’s a point of having u people If I call an out spider I can get that job for less than of what I people coating no thank I won’t recommend

Avoid Plus Heat if you ever need to…
Avoid Plus Heat if you ever need to make a claim! They reject claims instantly with no explanation, force weeks of back-and-forth to prove it’s covered, try to charge extra call-out fees, and take ages to fix anything. Very stressful and dishonest handling.
