For every job you call them out for
For every job you call them out for, they seem to find a way to charge you, even when you hold a policy with them that has no excess.
There appear to be more exclusions in the contract than actual inclusions. If you believe that having a paid policy means you can rely on them to cover repairs when you need them, unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
Every time you call them out, they seem to identify an exclusion in the policy, leaving you with no choice but to pay the additional costs. Otherwise, you are left dealing with the problem yourself.
In my experience, the policy offers far less cover than you would reasonably expect from a paid-for service. You may be better off using your own trusted tradesperson and paying them directly rather than relying on this policy.
