Recently ordered a large radiator from Plumbnation, really big and awkward to manoeuvre and when the plumber eventually came to install we found it was badly damaged.
I called and spoke to Shakeel, I could not have wanted to speak to a more polite, helpful, empathetic person. Shakeel was so very thoughtful and arranged a replacement plus a courier to collect my damaged radiator. Plumbnation are very thorough with their customer service, they call and check all is ok if you have emailed or called previously about your item.
I fully recommend Plumbnation as they have gone over and above sorting out my radiator, even though it was slightly out of the window of letting them know if there were any issues.

Came upon PlumbNation when looking for a specific bathroom waterproof wall board for a bathroom/shower room upgrade, great price and a lot less than other well known companies that sell the same make, wall boards delivered on the day and time they were scheduled to arrive, what more can one ask for.

The timer supplied with the boiler is faulty and does not work (does not even power up). I suspected something was wrong from the start, as the instructions in the box looked used, which now makes me question whether this unit had already been returned by another customer.

Trying to return it has been a terrible experience. Your system asks me to contact Vaillant on a premium-rate number. Why should I incur any further cost for a product that was defective from the outset?

Your online chat service is equally unhelpful. After waiting for over an hour with no response, I had no option but to give up.

HOWEVER, the following day, after speaking with Plumbworld and their Quality Department, the matter was resolved quickly and professionally with a full refund, an apology, and assurances that the root causes would be addressed. I would happily deal with this company again, because when issues arise, it’s the quality of the resolution that truly matters.
