Arrived fairly quickly in a huge box. Really good value. Only minor thing is I never got a VAT receipt. It might have been attached to the box but the see-through envelope was empty. There’s no way of accessing a receipt online and I got no reply to my email request.
It can’t be too hard to have receipts available online or just to email them?

A fair price and a 5% introductory discount offer on top swayed me.
However when fitted a leak appeared from a blank factory fitted plug where an O ring had not fitted. Sorted it myself but requested a new plug or O ring be posted. Never received an acknowledgment or O ring received to date.

Great price/quality for a hard to find 2400x300 radiator, let down 1star for poor delivery. No call 1 hour before delivery as promised and driver lacked basic manners

I quickly found the product I needed and it was the best price I had seen. Delivery was not as quick as promised bur the product was easy to fit.

After being told by a different company the radiator I need was no longer available,contacted these guys who also said no longer available. But within 5 mons of getting off phone they rang back with exactly what I needed, so purchased and was delivered on Tuesday. Great stuff

Product was very good but unfortunately you you’re delivery company is very poor ounce again Evri is the delivery company to avoid at all costs.so you get three stars for your product and no stars for delivery

Ordered and delivered on time. Was told that the delivery driver would ring on the day to give a two hour slot but this did not happen. Stopped in until it came which was an inconvenience.

Great price on a great product. Though the experience was let down slightly by having paid for next day delivery this didn't happen as DHL didn't pick the parcel up from them. I was late in the day ordering so I expected day after the next day but it was 2 days after that. I'd use them again though as they jumped on it when I emailed to say it wasn't on its way.
