Dissapointing Service
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Plugin Boutique.
I attempted to purchase **AAS Lounge Lizard EP-5**, and during checkout the page froze before it fully loaded. Despite that, **€101.48 was still taken from my bank account as a pending payment**.
Since then:
* I have **not received the product**
* I have **not received an order confirmation email**
* the purchase does **not appear in my Plugin Boutique account**
* my **Orders** page is empty
* and despite submitting **multiple support tickets**, I have still **not received a response**
This has been extremely frustrating. From my point of view, money was taken, no product was delivered, no order was created in my account, and support has not replied to resolve it.
The most disappointing part is not just the failed checkout itself, but the lack of customer support afterwards. If a payment issue happens, customers should not be left chasing replies while their money is tied up and they are left with nothing to show for it.
I needed this software urgently and could not afford to risk purchasing it a second time while the original payment was still pending. Being left in that position, with no response to my tickets, is unacceptable.
I hope Plugin Boutique resolves this quickly, but based on this experience I cannot say I am happy with either the checkout process or the customer service.

AmpliTube 5, purchase was disappointing
The download process was far more complicated than need be. Customer service was nowhere to be heard from, the product parent company was challenging to work with and in the end the sound quality was disappointing.

THEY DID HORRIBLE. AFTER DOWNLOADING THE SOUND PACKS I COULD NOT IMPORT THE SOUND PACKS TO PIGMENTS. I EXTRACTED THE SOUND PACKS BUT THEY WOULD NOT EXTRACT AND THE FOLDERS WERE EMPTY. CONTACTING SUPPORT IS GOING TO BE A HUGE HASSLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND I AM NOT JOKING. I AM STILL UNDESIDED WHETHER I WILL NOT BUY FROM PULSE ANYMORE AND IF IT IS A PLUGIN BOUTIQUE COMPANY, I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE LOW RATINGS UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISSUE.
