Loved the food being going there for many years with family , mates & other people.
The salad is great, gives customers (in my opinion) a great option of salad options (although I always go for a bowl of sweetcorn or cucumber or the Doritos)
Pizza in my opinion is incredible especially the thick crust classic pizza 😍😍with I had all the time until I found out that I wa gluten free !!

Gluten free pizza is still good but not the best it does takes like paper and it takes a while to cut the pizza.

The staff are always friendly in my opinion always welcoming

I'm at the Lawrence Pizza Hut location picking up in mobile order and this employee Mike was very friendly to me i to see more employees like him thank you for the great experience

Horrible pizza. To start off with I put online I wanted pizza cut in squares didn’t happen and when picked them up lady said oh. Then when I got home these pizzas were super toasted or BURNED they were hard to include the toppings ridiculous. The worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Workers are crash outs and yelling at people for no reason. I actually didn’t realize that I’m in pizza store. I thought it was place for people who are willing to yell and scare customers away just because they want to.

How does this PH stay open at Castor Ave in Phila Pa?? Waited 3 1/2 hours for order to be delivered! Whole order was wrong!! Called to report,was told it would be redone&send right out,,another 3hours wait..no order came!! Was on call hold 2x for over 20mins! Paid 25.00 for food didnt want,,3hours late,was cold,over cooked&sucked!!This is so Unprofessional!! Will Never order from any PH after this Very Very Poor Experience!!!!

The deals are amazing!! Every Pizza we have had has been delicious!!! So convenient in the Publix shopping center in front of our community, Verandah!

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I order for delivery in Inman SC. I order and paid for delivery and left a tip. One hr later I call about my food, they said I never ordered. I went to the store and showed assistant manager their phone number and the receipt from paying. Then he said ohh we have automatic system that sent my order to another part of town. Now that is strange another store has the same number. No way. Then he said he couldn't give me pizza nor give my money back. So I told him I wasn't leaving until I called the police. I never got my delivery fee or my tip money back. They wonder why they are always empty. If you can't deliver good service then close!!!!!!

The quality of the pizzas was rather mediocre, and more significantly, they arrived after an hour and twenty minutes. This was quite disappointing.

Bad company with fraud practices. I have over 9 slices (don’t remember exact) and I know I definitely had a free large pizza to collect. It’s gone because they changed the system in February 2026. What a farse of a company. Never buying again.

We waited an hour for cold, dried out pizza with almost no toppings. The chicken nuggets were all breading with barely any meat. What happened to Pizza Hut? It used to be good. Two medium pizzas and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets were $52, I could have made 6 pizzas and baked 2 whole chickens at home for that. Pizza Hut you know that by serving us that crap, you lost a customer forever.

Pizza Hut used to make a GREAT pan pizza. The commercial even brought back memories. But last night, with much anticipation, wasn't it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Pizza Hut Wolverhampton. Unfortunately, almost every delivery order I have placed has had issues, whether that has been the food arriving late, arriving cold, or receiving the wrong order altogether.

On several occasions, deliveries have been over 30 minutes late, which has significantly affected the quality of the food. As a customer, I expect orders to arrive within the estimated timeframe and in the condition they were intended to be served.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering for delivery from this branch. Dining in may provide a much better experience, but the delivery service has been consistently unreliable and below the standard I would expect from a well-known brand.

I hope Pizza Hut Wolverhampton reviews its delivery processes and customer service standards to improve the experience for future customers.

Chicken strips were bland and pale
Stuffed crust was hollow
Dough was tough

It wasn't always this way! We won't be ordering Pizza Hut again
