Amazing set-up experience

We had Neil Strotton (an Engineer and Representative) come out to help us set-up our new machine, our team felt incredibly confident following his instruction and advice which is impressive for what can be considered a complicated/confusing task. Incredibly impressed by the service, knowledge, and personality Neil brought to it!

PB SmartLink Issues

Stuart Burton visited our site today, was very friendly and helpful during his time here, and was of great assistance in helping to troubleshoot issues we were having with a SmartLink device, and also providing a helpful troubleshooting guide and other options to help resolve an issue.

The only reason i'm putting a 4 star review for this, is that the comms initially with the helpdesk have been a little slow/delayed prior to getting an engineer sent to site.

Installation of new franking machine

The Pitney Bowes engineer, Stuart Burton, was very polite and helpful. He installed our new franking machine with little fuss and provided in depth training to the team on how to operate the machine. He communicated very well and was able to arrange the collection of our old machine.

Great Service

On having a fault with our franking machine I made contact with Jim Mitchell at Pitney Bowes who had helped me install the original machine, I found him to be so helpful, friendly and very efficient in getting our machine replaced, It was a pleasure to be in contact with Jim and receive such wonderful service.
