The worst
The worst. It has been 13 days, no sign of my package. Medimops is dumb to choose this service just to save one or two euros. Never buy from medimops or any company that uses this service.

I answer the bell and I dont understand what the courier had to say. I apologise and say my Deutsch is not so good and if maybe she speaks english? I understood the reply then. Why in English, Wir sin in Deutschland oder?? Then I offer her to wait so I can call my wife... ( my wife is german ) . Replies again in English.. OPEN TE DOOR.
This is one of the most racist replies I have got in here, Berlin. Tried to fill a proper complain to the company but they dont even have this option in the website. Shamefull.

The package never arrived and was…
The package never arrived and was returned to sender as they couldn't find my address, which is clearly stated on the entrance door, on the mailbox and on the ring next to the door. It is impossible to miss and I never ever had any issues with any other services (DHL, Amazon) or even food delivery.

Who the h*ll on Earth that had the idea of shoving a big book into my small mailbox, completely destroyed it? I was at home all day long so why didn't you ring my doorbell?. Very irresponsible.

A company full of lies, and no respect to privacy!
Full of lies, discrimination, manager is super arrogant; they don't know how to respect people, or privacy of people! When something is wrong, you make complain, they tell directly "you can go ahead to write bad reviews, we don't care". Don't know why this kind of company still exist!
They also try to manipulate their reviews on Kununu, removing bad reviews etc! Untrustworthy company!

Every single time I ordered an item and it was delivered by them I NEVER received it! It came to the point where if I would see them as the delivery I would try to cancel my order or already knew it would never arrive!
