The Postbank Kreditkarte Postbank credit card provides the worst credit card service in the entire world. It ruined my holiday in the US twice this year. I am definitely going to cancel my account when I return to Germany and I am going to broadcast their atrocious service to the entire universe! Nobody must be subject to their horrendous service. Under the pretext that it is protecting the client, it stops all my payments when I need them most outside of my own country. It is the most unreliable credit card ever! No one needs to be subject to their despicably incompetent service!

Post bank is such a scam any one want to become a new users be aware. They wont release your money when needed, they would take time because in the time they can gainprofits with the customers money i.e in their own share markets and so on and earn profit with customers money (that's what any bank would do but with ethics and not like this) their app would never let you open the account. In the background they get extra time to use your money to gain more profits for thrm selves. At the mean time the customers who needs their money for urgent need would havr to end up late payment fees or debt collection from their vendors.

Postbank seems proudly stuck in the 19th century. In the year 2025, they still rely on physical letters for handling simple account issues — yes, paper mail like it’s 1825. I wouldn’t be surprised if they “upgrade” to carrier pigeons next!
Want to fix a basic problem or unblock your account? Sorry — no app, no proper online support, no email. Just grab a pen, find a stamp, and pray the post office is still open. Welcome to Deutsche Bürokratie at its finest. This is the worst bank in the world... They make worst banks in worst countries look like modern next to them!!! I cant believe it! I live in abroad! They ask me to send a physical letter!!! What a waste or resource, time, Energy. They are a disgrace to human kind!!! who will send letters anymore for the simplest literally simplest issue???

Im having a hard time working with…
Im having a hard time working with Postbank. For any service you need to have a pin. I had a 5 digit pin for telephone banking now that’s been discontinued it was replaced by a 12 digit pin that was so complicated to get it never worked but that’s ok because that whole system had been replaced with a 6 digit pin. I’ll probably need to get the activation pin for the pin sent to my home address about 4 times as it’s only valid for about 5 minutes after it finally arrives in the post. I’ve never experienced such an antiquated and backwards bank from a technical perspective. I can only assume they need to support their own post business by sending millions of pin letters. For systems they change every 6 months.

Hey I have a problem going on with my postbank account now and can’t have access to my funds in my account with them and they sent me a mail saying they have to close my account on the 15th of January 2025 and presently I am not in Germany 🇩🇪 as I’m on vacation in Cameroon 🇨🇲 and will only return to Germany on the 11 of February 2025 and I really need the funds now to pay my bills in Cameroon 🇨🇲 here also I have sent them my C24 account to transfer my funds there since they will be closing my account soon and I can’t have access to my account as we speak

The worst bank in all World, because of this shit of bank i pay too much money ! They didn't transfer the money what i pay to another facturas and didn't inform me that they have fall system and at the end i pay lawyers cords ...from 18eur now i need to pay 174eur ! One year ago I tried to create an account there. I had to go through all the help lines with it. An employee wrote wrongly all my data, then for few weeks I had to go to the office and ask what’s going on and they always told me that “tomorrow everything will be fixed”. The employees also told me about compensation of few euros, that wasn’t even funny, because I waste much more on the tickets to go there! Apparently I didn’t get anything. After writing a review on Google maps I got a comment from the bank to write to the support. But support didn’t answer anything!!!
