Everything was lovely on the whole. The quiches were all nice but all tasted quite similar. The cakes, in general were a little bit dry except the carrot cake but all were tasty. As a family we usually suffer with indigestion after pastry but not this time.

Disappointing quality
I loved the presentation box and delivery was good. The vegetarian rolls were lovely. However, the cakes were tasteless, I thought they could be better quality. Despite it being an extremely hot day all food arrive fresh!

You sent me the Wrong voucher number ,
( it had expired) so by the time Groupon & yourselves sorted it out, I had to wait till the following week to send my VERY LATE SUPPRISE, Birthday 🎂 supprise Afternoon tea .

Food is always good 5☆☆ .

Just your ordering needs to be kept up to date, an not out of date .

The people that received the tea were overwhelmed and said how much there was to eat and what a lovely surprise it was

Love that you can get afternoon tea delivered and it was mostly amazing! The sausage rolls and scones were incredible especially! (Scones like no other - beautiful!). The only reason giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the Victoria sponge let it down, not sure what icing was on the top but tasted fake and didn’t leave a nice aftertaste. The cake itself though was nice! Will 100% be ordering more scones in the future!

We won a Competition with ITV Win on 10/12/24, and the experience we had with Piglets Pantry was outstanding. We dealt with Lara Cusack throughout
and I must admit the service was impeccable. I ordered different items for us family and friends so they could enjoy our win and we continued to enjoy until July. We are still shielding and this was so lovely to be pampered as we are unable to go out for an afternoon tea, again we would recommend this family fun business. xx

I recently purchased an afternoon tea product for my sister’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. My sister’s feedback was that the items were greasy, had an unpleasant smell coming from the box, and the flavours were extremely bland. This was certainly not the quality I expected.

I contacted the company directly to raise my concerns and was offered a discount on a future purchase. However, I declined, as I have no intention of ordering from them again based on this experience. I genuinely expected that a partial refund would have been considered, but I was told that without photographic evidence, this wasn’t possible. Strangely, a discount was offered regardless – which I found contradictory. If my complaint was valid enough to warrant a discount, why not a partial refund?

Overall, I found both the product quality and the customer service to be poor. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered a voucher for a friends birthday, and whilst the value of the vouchers covered the product and half the shipping cost, it was not possible to use the voucher against shipping and this had to be paid separately. Therefore it wasn't possible to use the full value of the voucher against the order.

We ordered two Father’s Day afternoon teas, unfortunately we had a problem with some of the order when it arrived. I contacted piglets pantry and they were very apologetic and straight away organised for a replacement to be sent out to us. Such great customer service. Plus the afternoon teas are delicious. Thank you

Pastry soggy, pork full of gristly bits. Cake was delicious.

Was gifted the Fathers day afternoon tea box. The box was really well presented, it had the wow factor when you opened it, the food looked delicious. Generous portions. The savoury food tasted nice but nothing special. It was the bakery goods that really let it down, the scones were tasteless and not a good consistency in the mouth. The cakes were sickly sweet and very crumbly. Such a shame because the box and goods looked better than they tasted. I wouldn't buy this item again.

I don’t normally write reviews but had to for piglet’s pantry as the customer service from Laura was outstanding,she helped me with my order that I had made through red letter days which I was having trouble with. I wish every business had a Laura. Thank you! Julie Humes

It came in a sturdy box, well packed with cool packets, so in perfect condition. The savoury part was very tasty, although I would have preferred a smaller sausage roll.
Plenty for two.

Received afternoon tea for two as a gift. It was fabulous. Food fresh, amazing and plenty of it. Thoroughly recommend.

Appalling! Ordered on 19th May to be delivered on 23rd. It was out for delivery from 10.38 never arrived, eventually arrived 4 days later after being sat in delivery van on a very hot day and then taken back to the depot! Plus, the date said not to be eaten after the 22nd when due n 23rd, yes, this was delivery’s fault, but responsibility lies with piglets. If they cannot get a reliable courier then it’s time they looked for another courier. Piglets didn’t seem to care, just a bog standard reply. Had a very upset relative, which was out of my control. Think twice before using piglets, just dreadful. Yes I did get a refund, will never use again.

We ordered the afternoon tea for 4. The portion sizes are enormous! We had it delivered on Friday and we are still eating the cakes on Tuesday (and they are still fresh). The quality of the food is second to none-gorgeous sausage rolls and the scones were delicious. Add to that the excellent communication, this really is a 10/10 company. Highly recommended.
