Turned up on time removed the plastic guard which had partially come away. Removed the nests, washed and disinfected under the panels, cleaned the guttering and attached new mesh which now looks neat and tidy. To finish off they washed all the patio down. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Russell and his colleague for the fantastic work carried out especially in the unbearable heat.
PPSP were easy to deal with - the quote was clear, and the work was carried out in one morning without any fuss. Since they did the work, we've had no problems with pigeons under the panels, and the house is much quieter as a result.
A brilliant job carried out quickly and with no mess. Despite the weather Dave and Dillon were here early and did the job in good time. The materials used look good too. We are extremely pleased with the good professional job they did.
Was fast to give a estimate and take the deposit but then no communication for almost 2 months.
After chasing it up was told I was next job and wanted to come the next day.. this was very little notice and I needed to arrange time off work so said I would not be home but happy for the work to happen in my absence.
Unfortunately I have not had any response back and that was over a week ago.
Will request my deposit back and go somewhere else.
Update:
Was asked to remove my review without any apology but was told there was availability for the work to be done this week.. I requested they come any time Friday but would not remove my review as it was a accurate account to of my experience..
They have now refunded me my deposit and told me they can not proceed.
