Buyed à polar fleece at the begining of the brand, good quality and awesome style. Buyed recently some other stuff online because I was confident with my previous experience. Really disappointed about the new quality standards : Poorly finished seams, low quality cotton. And finaly I didn’t know bleached meant stained… I was proud because I am french but I realized I can buy same style, better quality for cheaper the other side of the channel…

I have 6 Picture garments and I love them all. They are well made with great user-friendly features; such as a lot of pockets in places you really need them, ski goggle cloth on a string, powder skirt, etc. And their warranty is outstanding.

I have a Picture jacket that I really love but the zipper kept dislocating at the bottom. I sent it back for a repair and oh my God they did an absolutely fantastic job with excellent communication throughout! this company rocks!

It’s said free returns on the UK website but like many other people I’m being stung with £18 return charge - this is trading standards and I will raise a further complaint.

Really happy with all the Picture's clothes I bought during the winter. My polar fleece is really warm (first time that I found a polar fleece that warm), my bag is perfect for ski touring, and my winter jacket is perfect for skiing too. I've known the brand for many years for its ecological values, and I can say that I'm more than happy to wear a French brand that really care for the environment in every product they're doing. Picture gives its clients full transparency with the Clear fashion score available, and that still offers the best quality to its products.

I'm returning a wetsuit which is too small. Picture charges me 16€ for this although there is no warning on the website. There is no way I could try the item on locally therefore I had to order online.
Should have read the reviews here before ordering as apparently I'm not the first person who experiences this issue.

I purchased a jacket it was very small sized and I needed to return it. They are charging £19 to do this, no warning of this on the website. I can’t avoid this as the jacket was expensive but it’s a hard lesson learned. Can’t try the items on locally and don’t risk ordering it because if it doesn’t fit you will be massively out of pocket. Never again

They fixed the zipper in my 3-year-old jacket for free. Great customer service and very environmentally friendly - much appreciated!

Tried to return an item that is too small and they are trying to charge me over £18 for the return, which is nearly half the price of the item. Ridiculous! No mention of this cost on their website and never seen costs like this on any other site.

Trying to contact them but there is no contact us option and the the customer services 'button/link' is just an image that goes nowhere. Shocking customer service.

Even after all those years of use they still stand by there products and offer a lifetime warranty.

First of all I got a great winter jacket. Nice look, nice feel and awesome function.
After 3 years of intense use I had an issue with the main zipper and Picture repaired it for free. Thanks again for the perfect service!

Been riding with Picture gear for quiet some years now. Love the designs and company's commitments.
Last trip in March, my pocket zipper snapped. But Picture offers the repair warranty service, so I contacted them to have it fixed. No questions asked, they just deliver...all-in. Free shipping to the repair center and delivery back home, after being fixed. Fix was great. Riding the gear with even more pride now.

I bought one of the jackets a few years ago and through wear and tear the zipper tab and a button broke. They advertise lifetime repair so i emailed to enquire and they connected me to a regional repair shop that fixed the jacket for me for free (except i had to pay one way shipping). I appreciate a brand that stands behind the quality of their products!

My wetsuit was defected and got in touch with the client service. They handled very well my case with a good and fast communication. I asked for a repair and they send me a brand new wetsuit - amazing!

Ordered 2 items totalling £60, a jumper and a pair of shorts in the sale. Both arrived pretty quickly but the sizing on the jumper wasn't quite right. Their returns portal quoted the return shipping at £20, which was nearly as much as the item itself was, and this charge wasn't mentioned when ordering if I needed to return anything. I have tried contacting picture multiple times and haven't had any response whatsoever. Absolutely terrible customer services and completely unreasonable postage charges. I am now stuck with an item that isn't right and I am having to see what can be done via my bank as I am not getting any response from picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK

I purchased a Anton snowboard jacket and am very happy with the jacket itself. The issue is the zipper pull has broken. I have tried multiple methods to arrange to have the zipper pull repaired. The company advertises free lifetime repairs. So far no reply to the online form I have filled out 6 times and the emails I have sent.
Great product. Too bad their free lifetime repairs are a lie.

Purchases Abstral jacket, covering of seams on the inside of jacket has all but come off, contacted company as offer a lifetime repair service and no replies despite again contacting them for help with this.

suits seem nice, but for them European union is comprised of just a selection of countries, not all (Romania isn't, and you only find this out when you actually want to pay). They say you can buy from distributors, but they don't have the same discounts. Basically you need to pay more because they want to be discriminatory with the states within the EU.

Their wetsuit lasted 15 times. Now quilting is open and it is useless. They sell the wetsuit enviromental friendly. If i have to buy wetsuit every 15 times of use it is not eco friendly😅
