Picaboo is quality
I've been creating photo books with Picaboo since 2007 because of the high quality of their printing and the helpfulness of their customer service. Recently I ordered copies of three of my creations, one of which was from 2007.
Being that old, it had a problem working with their newest software and arrived with an error. But as soon as I notified their customer service dept., unlike other "customer service" people, who play the "blame the customer" game, they accepted responsibility immediately and got to work fixing it.
The corrected copy arrived yesterday and was perfect. Colors were bright, clean and accurate, and the text was solid and sharp. That's the quality that has kept me coming back to Picaboo for all these years.

I have been making photo books with Picaboo over 15 years. I absolutely love this company. When I first started, I had several questions. Picaboo support team was always there. One thing I would like to see is an improvement in spell check. Maybe highlight misspelled words and incorrect word usage. Similar to what AI is doing with the word program.

What I really like is being able to…
What I really like is being able to write in the squares and put a picture in such as a birthday plus their photo. Only issue is that the dark grey section that contains the name etc in white at times blocks part of the photo. I really like the outline of the squares.

Impressive customer service
I have been using Picaboo for over 5 years to create a calendar for a non-profit fundraiser. I completed a survey I was asked to fill out, and I stated that I was very happy with the website except for the cost of shipping the calendars since it was close to $3/calendar or $225 for 75 calendars which seemed very expensive to me. I received an email from the new CEO who said that he was following up and wanted to help resolve this issue since I was doing this project to raise money for a non-profit company. The CEO communicated with me several times and resolved my dissatisfaction by refunding me all of the shipping cost. It was very kind and generous of him to do that and I was totally impressed with the company’s response to my issue. I highly recommend designing your projects with Picaboo and I will continue to do so in the future.

Have used Picaboo to record all my wonderful trips! I like its ease of use, the formatting options and quality of the final product. Keeps my travels and memories with my loved ones on my coffee table instead of on a digital server nobody remembers to access.

Fabulous company and customer service!
I have used Picaboo for years now and love it, so when my latest book arrived with several pages out of order I sent an email to Picaboo right away. I was very surprised to receive an answer within a few hours with an offer to replace the book at no cost. I sent photographs to show where the problems were, and received my new book very quickly. Picaboo came through for us!
A few months ago my husband and I from Canada met up with my cousin and her husband from The Netherlands, and they guided us on a trip through Italy. As a thank you, I put a photobook together of our trip from Picaboo, and had the book sent directly to the Netherlands. I didn't get to see the printed copy, but when my cousin received it, she loved it so much, but there were 2 pages in the book that were stuck together, thus damaging the pages when opened. I contacted Picaboo through a live chat, and they immediately offered to reprint the project and send it to them again at no cost to me. I didn't even have to ask! The order was submitted while I was still on the chat, and the book went right into production. My cousin received a perfect copy shortly after. She was so impressed with the company, and so was I. I have been dealing with Picaboo for 15 years, and have always been happy with the products and with their service. I highly recommend them!!

Picaboo is my choice
I have been using Picaboo for my photo books for years. I tried 2 or 3 other companies for my photo books, but always came back to Picaboo. I appreciate their many options for backgrounds, the layout options and the ease of using their program. They have been very responsive when I have had a questions. The only tip I would give is to make sure you lighten your photos that are not already pretty bright. That is the only downside to using Picaboo that I have found as it takes time to lighten the photos. Even though that can be time consuming, I highly recommend Picaboo for your photo book needs.

Love using Picaboo
I have been using Picaboo to create our family calendars for almost 15 years! The quality of the calendars are great and hold up all year long. Picaboo's shipping, especially around the holidays, has always been reliable. My most recent order arrived 10 days early so I didn't have to worry about it arriving in time! I've only had one order ever get messed up and they replaced it no problem.

Long time customer - great products
I have created 5 books over the years with Picaboo. They are very easy to create and the finished product is exactly as pictured on the screen. There are so many ways to design and customize the pages. I had an issue with the binding on one of the books and customer service immediately corrected the problem and added a little extra for my trouble. I highly recommend this website and company.
