Wallpaper fell off the wall
Update: Customer support was understanding and helped me to solve the issue.
Pretty bad! These wallpaper are really expensive and I expected it to be good quality. Bought self sticking option and followed instructions precisely hovewer wallpaper just fell off the wall like 50% in two days… had to go and buy some actual glue in a store. Would not recommend and ideally want a refund for that… waste of money

So-so quality
I'm sure the company has fairly okay things to offer, but I had a rather under standard product sent. I got a yellow wallbrick panel, but it was pretty unsharp, like the picture just were upscaled (and therefor getting blurry/pixelized) without having the propertions for this format.
I tried notifying Customer Service, and they were super nice and answered kindly fast. But they kept saying the product was fine, and it took too much of my time to argue about it and sending pictures forth and back. So not to satisfied with the quality of this product and that they wouldn't admit it. I'm sure they good in other genres.

Disappointed with Quality
Disappointed with Quality – Not as Advertised
I ordered a photo wallpaper (280x250 cm), and while shipping was fast, the quality was extremely disappointing. The image is nothing like what was shown on the website—it's very blurry and lacks detail. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. Sadly, it looks cheap and low resolution, making me regret this purchase. Definitely not worth the money!

We send out the samples with regular 1st class mail from Sweden and unfortunately the samples are not traceable.
When you place an order for samples, we print and send it out within 1-2 business days and the delivery time for the samples to Denmark is typically 8 business days.

Great experience with wrong-size order
We ordered the wrong size of the wallpaper to begin with. The customer service representative, Ken, was super friendly, solution-oriented and we got to order a new one to no extra cost to us. We really didn't expect that, since it was our own mistake.
The wallpaper is of really good quality. We can highly recommend Photowall if you're looking for a hustle-free delivery, good quality and great service.

I received a 60*30 bad quality print on…
I received a 60*30 bad quality print on a 4meter print sheet costing me 450kr. The picture covered only a quarter of the print sheet with the rest of the sheet blank. What am i supposed to do with the blank sheet🙄? Why not edit the picture to cover the print sheet? I had an awful experience, never again 👎🏼

We print the wallpaper in the dimensions that you enter on the website and depending on the width of the wallpaper, part of the final panel may be left white. Our murals are printed on panels that are always 45 cm or 17.7 inches wide. This information is posted on our website and I am sorry If you feel that this was not clear when you placed your order.
