Slow delivery
I was planning to wallpaper a week after I placed the order, but due to delays in production, it took almost 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive. There was also a glitch in the system which meant I did not get my order confirmation, and it was really unclear when the delivery would be made. The quality of the product seems fine, will put it up this weekend, and customer service was responsive - but it took way longer than I expected to receive things.

Their wallpapers are beautiful
Their wallpapers are beautiful, I have ordered paint from them too and it was really good.
I would have given them 5 stars, but they delivery company they use is the worst. They never deliver the packages in the time slot they say they will and are never willing to help.I hope they can choose a better delivery system in future.

Terrible service & delivery
I ordered wallpaper samples - on the website it says clearly 'delivery 1-2 working days'. A week later, I was told that the information on the website meant that goods actually left the warehouse after 1-2 days NOT that they were delivered after this time.
10 days later (and another email) I was told they'd just been sent.
Another week and still no delivery. This has delayed our project by 3 weeks.
I requested a refund (received 3 weeks after the original purchase).
