Despite Nebosh being unresponsive, I have received sufficient support from Phoenix HS. They do provide access to HS resources and provide decent feedback on the uploaded works.

Health and Safety is an important part of an organisation, but can be a bit dry and difficult to deliver with engagement.

Heavily recommend
Studying my NVQ level 6 in Health and Safety, had a bit of a rough run in the first few months with consistency in assessors, however the course was set up great and when my assessor changed, Ann Mitchell was amazing. Super knowledgeable, fair, consistent and really swung my experience around, offering a kind and understanding ear, quick and helpful support and really valuable feedback!
I would heavily recommend using Phoenix going forward and Ann is in no small part to that, excellent service and support so! Thank you Ann!

I’m absolutely delighted to have successfully completed my NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety with Phoenix. It’s been a challenging yet incredibly rewarding journey.
