DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Worst customer experience ever. I needed a cream and I needed quick because it was a gift to give during my travels- I ordered from pharmacyclub uk because the estimated delivery seemed to be quicker than other sites. I ended up ordering 3 of them, my bad. This was over 3 months ago. It was dispatched only weeks later by them which is the first issue. And then I got an email saying it's delivered but in reality it wasn't. I contacted them so many times (no live chat or anything available, there's a contact form you need to fill up everytime, you can't even respond to their response). Initially they said it's the shipping company's responsibility so they'll open a claim with them - I needed to sign a declaration. I signed and sent, and never heard from them even though I kept contacting and explaining the situation. Firstly, don't advertise 3-5 days estimated arrival, send it 3 weeks later and say "oh those are just estimations". Secondly, take responsibiity, I'm your customer, not the shipping company's so refund your customer's money if you failed them. Thirdly, I'm not given a tracking number or anything so I can't even check with the shipping company myself, I have to go through them, which is impossible. I'm done with being nice, I am determined to tell about this to anyone who'll listen, and there are many people online who'll listen.
