My experience with them has been mixed, hence the 3 stars. I have ordered a few times from them in the last 4 years or so and, if I had to go with the experience from those orders without the last one, I'd rate them with a 5. However, if my last order had been my first one with them, I'd give them an 1. I made my order on the 6th of August. I knew I'd be flying out of the country for a month on 22/8 but I thought that the time was more than enough to receive my order, especially since before completing the order it was giving me a timeframe for the delivery time which was around 10 days before my trip. However, at 11/8 I got an email that my order had been delayed due to a problem with the stock of one product. The same day I replied to the email that I would be flying out of the country on 22/8 and if it can't be delivered by then it should be cancelled. I didn't receive a reply to that email.
The next day (12/8) I received an automated message that my order had been sent. I thought that ok, obviously I'll get it with a few days delay but there are still many days left for my trip, so I should receive it by then. Having to tend to preparations for my trip, I forgot about it, expecting that, having informed them about my upcoming trip, they'd make sure I received it by then. However, on the 19th I hadn't received anything and I messaged them (through the form in their website this time) asking them whether I would receive the order by the 22nd, repeating that I would be flying out of the country and if it can't be delivered by then they can cancel the order. The next day I just got a message that my parcel was on its way and how to track it. I replied asking whether they thought I would receive it by tomorrow because it appeared to still be in Belgium (I live in Denmark). I foolishly thought that maybe the tracking isn't updated, it can't be that I won't receive it, they would have cancelled it otherwise.
Their reply was what really triggered me. They claimed to "understand my concern" especially given my upcoming travel plans. They then went on to say that they can't say for sure whether I was going to receive it by the next day and their suggestion if it didn't was for either someone to receive it on my behalf or refuse to receive it, in which case I'd get a "partial" refund. I was surprised (to say the least) to see them not taking any responsibility for this and so brazenly informing me that I'd get a "partial refund" (as if all this was my fault. I replied to them that I of course expected a full refund and that I didn't even know whether I could find anyone to pick it up. Their reply was 5 days later and it was a really passive aggressive one, repeating almost the same message as the last time and telling me that the delivery was scheduled for that day and they hoped that I could resolve the situation before my departure. They repeated my options about what I could do, only this time the "partial refund" part was in bold. In the end I managed to find a friend somewhat close to me to pick it up and I finally received the package 2-3 weeks ago (last half of October), since I was away for a month and then it wasn't possible to meet with my friend because of busy schedules and illnesses (he lives somewhat close to me but is still a train ride and a bit of a long walk away, quite further out than the parcel shop I would have originally picked it up from).
I don't remember having such issues with delays in my previous orders but I guess whenever I ordered in the past it was really not urgent so it may have not mattered even if there were delays. And most importantly, I never had to message them in the past to experience their horrible customer service. I don't know if I'll order from them again, I'll try to be finding the stuff I need in other websites.

3. It's a bold lie, that your Customer Care team contacted me on this issue.
4. On the contrary, I contacted you several times in order to get a bill/receipt (for my health insurance provider), yet to this day you wouldn't provide what you owe every customer.
5. In all, you truly earned this one star rating and I will never buy at Pharmacyclub anymore.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Lieferung und Ware ok. Für den Versand werden CHF 6.90 verrechnet, was handelsüblich ist. Und nun folgt der Hammer! Drei Wochen später erhalte ich eine Rechnung von FedEx über sage und schreibe knapp 30 Franken für die Zustellung. Das heisst, die Versandkosten stehen in keinem Verhältnis mehr zu den Warenkosten. Dies ist nicht nur irreführende Praxis, dies ist unlauter und betrügerisch!

28/10/25: I would like to provide an update regarding my review below. As previously noted, I have placed numerous orders with PharmacyClub and have consistently been satisfied with their service. However, I was disappointed by the delay in resolving the issue concerning my missing order.
I have now received a replacement for the item that was not delivered and am pleased that it has arrived. Nonetheless, I remain somewhat hesitant to place future orders due to the time it took to rectify the matter.
I have previously used PharmacyClub many times and always been very happy with ordering from them. However, I placed an order on 18SEP, received a notification that it had shipped on 19SEP but according to the tracking link, nothing has happened since 24SEP. I contacted PharmacyClub who confirmed they had raised a complaint with the courier company on 06OCT. On 13OCT I sent an email to PharmacyClub asking them to either confirm the delivery date or to refund me for my order to which they responded they had not received any updates from the courier company about my missing parcel. I am not sure how long it takes to locate a parcel that clearly says on the tracking link where it has stopped. It should not take 5 weeks to get an update or for the customer to continuously have to chase customer services. I will make one more attempt to get a refund for my order but I am not sure I will trust ordering from PharmacyClub again due to this.
