Manny was exceptional!

Manny was exceptional in patiently answering all my questions and helping me understand how pet insurance works. He even helped with common misperceptions about pet insurance. Never pushy but always advocating for the needs of our particular situation. Thanks for your help Manny!

Have used for all my pets except the first one because I was not aware that the type of service existed.
Service is always excellent.
They demonstrate that the pets come first. Sincere Thanks.

I signed up for Poppy's coverage on…

I signed up for Poppy's coverage on August 4, 2026 and here it is August 9, 2026 and I still haven't heard of my coverage has begun. Nationwide was quick to take my money, not so quick to behind coverage. Typical insurance scam.
