Great Audio Equipment Retailer; Always the best prices, fast delivery with tracking updates, easy no quibble returns, knowledgeable and helpful sales and customer services staff. After several hifi equipment purchases in the last 12 months, the most recent an Arcam A25+ integrated amplifier, I don't think I'd shop anywhere else in the future. Top-tier after sales support! I've ordered from them a few times and always had great service. On this latest order there was a couple of issues that were resolved very promptly! They were fast to reply, offered immediate replacement, had DPD come with the replacement AND pickup the old item at the same time. Honestly some of the best customer service/support you can experience. A special shout-out to Michael!! Give this man a raise.
