Never use Perspektiv bredbånd!
I strongly warn people who have any intention to use Perspektiv bredbånd. Just avoid Perspektiv! The customer service really sucks. There were extended period of time without internet connection and I was still charged. I asked them to return the fee for the period, but then all the horror story begin. It's extremely difficult to be connected to the customer service by email or phone. Then one day "Nicolaj" says one thing and next day "Lars" says another thing then next day "Anders" then next day whoever comes says another thing. They have no clue and no communication between themselves. I had to explain everything from the beginning, finally I had given up. I am unsubscribed now and I am very happy even though they are not returning my money back yet. At the last month they charged me again even though I am unsubscribed. I am not surprised at all. Perspektiv is the worst company I have ever ever used.
