High praise for the associates who helped me and refunded my money after the product I received was not right. I had enough time to try again before the wedding. The negative is that I ordered it the first time early in the morning - I should have been informed then that my original picture did not conform to VISA standards so I could have uploaded another.

Original order cancelled as groom was kissing bride on the cheek. Advertisement says take an engagement photo and make a Visa. How many engagement photos have them kissing? A lot I'd guess!

The customer service I received from our client success manager Rebecca and the other members of her team (Rich and Chuck) was above and beyond, especially given my time constraints and rather convoluted ordering process to follow on my end. They made it as simple as possible and provided me thorough detailed instructions on each step of the ordering process. Once my order was placed it shipped the same day and was received the next day and above-mentioned personnel kept the lines of communication open and were very responsive to my calls and messages.

This was a great experience. Excellent customer service, fast and efficient.
My only comment would be to make sure and send items as ordered, meaning, I requested they come to my attention. When they arrived, my name wasn't on the package and the front desk got it and the surprise was out of the bag. We wanted to surprise our employees with the gas cards. Other than that, the purchase went smoothly, and the transaction was superb! Most definitely will purchase again in the future.
