Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! We love our Pelican cooler which we have had for 8 years and recently the handle broke. I figured it was well out of warranty, but when I contacted Pelican they quickly replied and sent me a replacement handle pair at no charge. I was shocked how easy this was and very impressed by how they stand by their products. Shout out to Rafael in the warranty department! We will continue to recommend and purchase Pelican products.

confluence outdoors feedback blocked by their reCAPTCHA

I bought some items at their confluence outdoors website and because they use shopify I decided to install the Shop App for tracking (as per the website's suggestion). The Shop app made it seem like it is a requirement for their app to have read access to an app user's email for their app to function.

I tried to fill out the confluence outdoors feedback form to complain about it but now, the reCAPTCHA is blocking me. The reCAPTCH worked fine for me to buy something...

Scam SEO practices by Pelican

Have been looking for a Pelican protector casek, models 1720 and 1700. I google, and the "price drop" shows a reduction from $335 to $70 on the Pelican website. When one clicks on it, it takes us to a Pelican screen for the full $335 price. This is for the Pelican site, mind you, not a 3rd party. Scam SEO practices. Screenshots available.

Love their products but customer…

Love their products but customer service is a joke. Bought new phone and pelican case … holster broke shortly after they DO NOT sell holster separately. They did send me a whole new case with holster but big pain in the but to do so

These coolers are crap!

I recently received a cooler as a gift for Mother's Day 2024. I was excited to have a cooler that could keep things cold, especially as we are parents of athletes and spend our weekends at the softball field. Prior to receiving it, I had done thorough research, watching YouTube videos and reading testing and reviews. After hours of research, I concluded that this cooler would be perfect for my needs. However, after receiving it and packing it with ice, I noticed that the ice was completely melted within 24 hours, despite my efforts to optimize its performance. Even after trying different packing methods, the cooler still failed to keep the contents cold. I'm disappointed with its performance and feel that it was not worth the money spent

The color I wanted was out of stock

The color I wanted was out of stock, so I placed an order. 12 hours later (the next morning) it was in stock. I called to cancel that order and get the color I wanted. I was told, sorry, you have to wait until you receive it because it is too inconvenient for them to go manually change my order or cancel it. I chose this company over Yeti because it is American made and I expected great customer service. Wrong.

Liar and a thief

Basically I was called a liar and a thief by the warranty staff. Purchased a shield for my 13 pro holsters suck always break at the clip ordering online you get the order complete print this page for a receipt. Purchased case from Casemate was told receipt no good cause Casemate doesn’t sell Pelican products. Sent a pic of the site I ordered from-Casemate. So cannot get another warranty the one I was sent was a one time “courtesy “. Whatever.

They took my money and ran. Somethings wrong? Your problem. They do not care about their customers. Completely disappointed in their service and treatment of active duty military.

High quality cases, no customer service or back up

these pelican cases are some of the best products in this category, the cases are strong and very high quality.
however their back up service is totally non existent, we have purchased a lot of these cases of various sizes in our company and for sure we treat them rough. but when i try and contact the repair/warranty department, i never get a reply, i fill in the online form with all product details, my contact details etc, and nothing, im not even after a free part, im happy to pay. for example i have now a 1615 air case with broken latches, ive e mailed, i even called several numbers, i get no reply. i cant say how annoyed it makes me, companies like this selling high quality, expensive equipment and advertise their service and back up, then just waste your time and dont even reply, so now we have several cases approx $450 dollars, broken and unused, needing just a small part. we wont be buying these cases again

Poor Customer Service

I order the R60 Personal Utility Ruck Case. When the delivery arrived at my home, it wasn't the right item. It was completely a different product from a different manufacture. When I called Pelican to let them know what I received, the associate Nikki was very friendly and asked me to take a picture of the box an items that I received and she would get back with me in 24 hours. After 48 hours past with no reply back from Nikki or Pelican, I sent an email requesting an update. Another 24 hours went by again without any reply to my email, so I called and Nikki said that she would reach back to her team to see what happen and for me to call her back in 15 minutes. When I called her back another lady said that Nikki was on a call and would call me right back. I didn't hear from anyone for over 2 hours, so again I had to call. When I got a hold of Nikki she told me again that she sent the photo of the items that I received to her team and is waiting to hear back from them. I told her I was very disappointed because I've been waiting now 4 days and still not answer or resolution to this issue. I told her that I wasn't happy with having to wait any longer and wanted to cancel my order and she said that she couldn't do that. I told her then I would reach out to my credit card company and cancel it with them. - Which I did! I'm sure the produce is probably really good but I had terrible customer service and the lack of timely follow up. Beware!

Worst return policy EVER!

Worst return policy EVER!
I had a bad experience trying to return a case! You won't get a refund if you just do it online! Super lazy customer service, I had to call multiple times and I still don't have my refund yet. It's ridiculous! I highly recommend just ordering from B&H or Amazon.

Excellent customer service

I had a Pelican faulty strobe light which I used regularly as it was an excellent product. When the LED light failed I contacted customer services, Samantha Silva was very helpful and brilliant in sorting out a replacement. (A big thank you)
Well done to Pelican and its staff, great customer service 2nd to none and top product.
I will recommend your products to all my friends and relatives. 10 out of 10.

TOUGH travel plastic CASE!

The foam is really easy to modify to fit almost any shape. I've got plenty of space, with room to grow later on. It's actually bigger than I expected it to be, about the size of a briefcase. Another great Pelican Case!
