The Verve mirror was disappointing as access to the lithium battery when it’s on the wall is extremely tight. The battery also doesn’t eject properly when pressed so you can’t reach it to remove without completely taking the mirror off the wall. This is not clear in the website photos and information provided. I wanted to return the mirror but it wasn’t cost effective. I wouldn’t recommend this mirror to anyone as the battery access is unsatisfactory..

Great delivery. We had to wait for our electrician to fit the mirror and it was worth the wait. Really like to cool and warm light and also the fact you can turn off the round circle of light on the mirror by touching and holding.

Lovely looking mirror that’s easy to install but the light doesn’t give anywhere enough light for a bathroom mirror. It’s just not bright enough to do makeup or for shaving. Disappointed with that.

We purchased two bathroom cabinets from Pebble Grey. The first arrived in excellent condition with secure packaging. The second unit had minor damage on delivery; however, it was replaced promptly and without issue within a matter of days.

This level of service is particularly reassuring, as a company’s true attitude to quality is often reflected in how effectively it responds when issues arise. In this case, the response was super efficient.

Now installed in our newly refurbished bathrooms, the cabinets look outstanding. The build quality, design, and integrated lighting are all of a very high standard. It is also evident that consideration has been given to long-term maintenance, with components—including the electrics—being easily accessible.

We conducted extensive research prior to purchase, and these cabinets were by far the best option we identified.

My only bugbear is the mirror is attached at the top only, so when I clean it I have to be careful as it moves pretty easily. I'm considering some kind of adhesive tape to fix it at the bottom too. But overall, I love it. It was a good price point and as I say, looks great. It's easy to operate and I would definitely purchase again from Pebble Gray.

I needed a new, illuminated, bathroom cabinet to replace the existing one (which failed due to a design fault). The cabinets on the Pebble Grey website proved to be a cut above that. Now installed, the one I bought, is well designed and fits in with the bathroom decor. I'm very pleased with it.

This is a very nice quality cabinet that fits in well to our en-suite, delivery was quick and it was very well packaged. I would have left a 5 star review if the supplied instructions had been clearer, for instance the instructions were pretty much visual diagrams a bit like a Happy Meal toy, there was no mention that the doors can simply be unclipped from the cabinet without tools and the fixing arrangement required the electrical isolation panel to be removed by unscrewing 3 tiny little screws to get to the wall hanging brackets to adjust and fix. It didn’t take me long to fathom out what needed to be done, but a couple of labels saying unclip doors before fitting cabinet and remove these 3 screws to get to the brackets would have been really helpful.

I purchased a Pebble Grey bathroom mirror in October 2024, and it developed a fault under normal use within 17 months. The retailer sent a replacement sensor, but I cannot safely install electrical components myself due to the wiring and bathroom installation.
When I requested a replacement mirror or a professional repair, the company refused, claiming I was outside their 12-month warranty and could not provide a guarantee certificate. This is a clear disregard for my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protect consumers independently of any warranty.
The handling of this issue has been unhelpful and unreasonable, leaving me without a safe or fair resolution. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Just finished a huge project where i bought 8 different mirrors and am absolutely delighted with this company. Great prices, extremely well packaged, and a wonderful product at the end of it. Thank you Pebble Grey, I will definitely buy from you again!
