We were lucky with the tour operator, the plane took off on time, brought to the hotel we selected. We bought a ticket from them and were very pleased with the service.

Everyone at the company is very friendly, professional and accommodating. They are truly interested in creating the best possible experience for each group and will definitely work with you to create the best experience possible. In addition, their tour guides are knowledgeable and dedicated to making each trip run smoothly while not making themselves the centerpiece of the trip.

They took care of everything and it was a great trip.

Tour included dinner and at the time I paid for my child to go on this tour, in the field asking for dietary requirements for that meal--I put that she was VEGAN. The restaurant chosen for that tour's dinner had a vegan meal, so I wasn't concerned. At dinner, my daughter was told the only thing she could have was a SIDE SALAD with oil & vinegar, the vegan burger was NOT included in the arranged meal. All the other students on this tour had chicken fingers, mac & cheese, burgers--mine had a small salad. Why bother asking patrons for their requirements if you aren't going to honor them? If I had been contacted by Peak Performance ahead of time and been made aware, I would have paid extra to make sure she had dinner, but I was not issued that courtesy.
Busing arrangements and show were great.

the tour guide was late, and we had to wait 20 min for him so we could get dinner. we also had gluten free students in our group or students with other dietary restrictions, but our tour guide handed out our lunch boxes and gave wrong lunch boxes to the wrong people.

Peak Performance Tours provided our group with a terrific experience in Washington D.C. From conception to execution, Bruce and his team were responsive, flexible, and committed to providing us with the best possible itinerary. I would highlight recommend Peak Performance Tours to any group!

They made it easy to make payments for our son’s school trip.

My daughter’s High School used Peak Performance Tours for a trip to the Italian Trifecta. The itinerary was incredibly planned and executed. The accommodations were wonderful and the trip ran incredibly smoothly for all. I could not recommend this company enough for your future travel plans.

Everyone was fantastic from beginning to end. I am super picky about the events I plan for my kids. I am also really stubborn on how much each family has to pay for a trip. Peak Performance was amazing throughout the entire process. They helped change events, were flexible with payment schedules, put up with every request and change I made. Another band in my area took a very similar trip to the same destination with a different tour company and ended up paying almost $150 more per student than I did! Even the on location guide for the trip was fantastic as well. So that's why I say everyone was fantastic from beginning to end.

Been on two of your tours. 1st tour guide was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job; second one...not so much...he seemed completely disinterested, annoyed, and not very helpful throughout the day. Shows are always good. Would love to have another choice of dinner other than Ellen’s Diner. Thank you!

Was soooooo much fun just wish we could of spent a little bit of time exploring downtown Nashville

There was a lot of trouble with baggage on the trip. According to my teacher, this was the first time this problem arose in all her years traveling with Peak Performance Tours. Hopefully they fix this in the future.

Excellent people to work with! Made it much easier to have Peak Performance Tours handle our trip to New York. Having the tour guide with us made life much easier as well!!!

The trip was awesome. Buses were very comfortable.

I purchased a tour and then couldn’t receive a refund once the date was changed due to an event out of my control

I tell them what I want my trip to be like and they make it happen...and then some. No idea is too big. No detail is too small
