I managed to mess up my PC trying a DIY repair! Chris is very friendly and knowledgeable and he not only fixed my computer, I asked him to do a significant upgrade with a new motherboard, CPU and RAM. Great job at a very reasonable price.

Would definitely recommend and am already packing up my partner's tower for a check-up with them.
Very minor comment for improvement would be that they could possibly send a few more update emails to keep customers advised of order status/timelines etc... not a criticism as they were super helpful when contacted, but might be a way of saving on incoming calls about existing orders/parts/etc...

I’ve had to get my laptops repaired a few times here. A few years ago, it was my Sony Vaio, and needed the charge port repaired. In the most recent months it was my MSI laptop. The first time was for my battery. Months later, it was for my fans. They did a brilliant job each and every time. Brilliant customer service. Next time, I’m getting a PC. Laptops suck.
Chose them because they are local and can build custom PCs. Discussed ideal specs with Chris the owner and he then built new desktop within few days. Result is machine that has high benchmark score for a reasonable price.
