I am so pleased with the result of my new windows and doors. It was a big job but the lads worked very hard to get it done. I had a French door to replace a window and it has completely transformed my bedroom. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and finished really well. Alan, Steve and Mike were professional, friendly and very hardworking.

James and Sean fitted a large lounge window and entrance door last week. They were both very hardworking and professional. I’d not long moved in to the property and they were really helpful, going above and beyond to complete the work to a high standard. Thank you both.

This company is no doubt ‘Best of the Best’.
They installed all our windows & doors 5 years ago & everytime there’s minor problem, they’re there. After sales service is the Best company ever!!! I would definitely recommend this company very highly indeed. Special mention to Richard, Steve, Mal & all. Very polite, lovely bunch of people.

Mal came to repair my lock under warranty. He was very prompt and professional. Mal is an excellent employee; very friendly and helpful. He is a credit to your company.

Sureseal replaced all our windows and doors in our new home. From start to finish they have been fantastic, from initial consultation to the surveyors visit to the fitting, everyone has been extremely helpful and professional as well as punctual and friendly.
A special mention must go to our fitter Jamie. He did a fabulous job, worked swiftly and unobtrusively. He was punctual , polite and cheerful and left no mess. He was also very mindful of our many dogs and was very considerate when working near them.
We are delighted with our new doors and windows, they have exceeded our expectations and they have really transformed the appearance of our house.

Fitting service was exceptional, Sean was very respectful of our home and my dog, which i was a little worried about with doors being left open ect, every time he had to leave anything open he made sure she was safely inside.
He was a professional and his attention to detail were second to none, definatly a perfectionist. Would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service, great product and Sean the fitter was exemplary. Nothing was to much trouble for him. The front door looks fantastic as do all the windows and back door. We will certainly use them again.

The work provided was excellent, they came at the time provided ,and was very pleasant and helpful explaining everything we are very pleased with the window and would not hesitate to bye with them again, and would highly recommend them

The windows are beautiful, excellent quality and look fantastic. The fitters Mal and Jamie worked really hard and kept me informed of what they were doing as the day went on.

Sean was knowledgeable and helpful very customer friendly he has been amazing through the whole process. Quick fitting and excellent finish on the windows and doors. One of the pains of glass broke before he could get it off the van and it was re ordered straight away. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked and ask for Sean 5 stars is not enough I will give it a 10 star rating

We have just had our windows and doors fitted. It's been a great experience and has given our home a whole new feel.
Our previous windows were fitted in the late 1980s and had degraded badly. These new ones are great.
The window fitters, Alan and Ben, we're great and nothing was too much trouble. They finished well ahead of schedule and left us with a whole new look.
We're very pleased and thank you.

I contacted Sureseal Windows Limited in early November 2025 to request a quotation for new windows and doors in my bungalow. I had a visit from Neil, who went through all the options and the build quality of their products. There was no hard sell and I thought the price was very competitive. I accepted their quotation and I then had a visit from Rob, the Surveyor, to double check everything and confirm exactly what I'd decided on for each window and door. The work was done last week over 3 days by James Henderson, whose workmanship, attention to detail and friendly manner I could not fault. He was friendly and polite and discussed with me what he was planning to complete each day and remained cheerful even when the rain was sometimes incessant! The results are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sureseal Windows Limited. I was also very happy to be using a small, local South Wales company and when I contacted the office I found that Richard and John were very helpful and accommodating.

From the initial measuring, excellent communication to the fitting which was done cleanly and professionally by Alan and Ben. Great job!

Sean was an outstanding tradesman , punctual and diligent. We are extremely pleased with our new window and doors and they were installed with a minimum of disturbance. A good job done !

From the start to finish this company were amazing.
From Jordan who gave us price, the surveyor I think him name was Rob sorry can't remember. Richard in the office was great phoning and emailing to keep us up to date of the going ons. But most of I would like to thank James the installer who worked his nuts off fitting 3 windows and a new front door. He was polite and we had a bit of good banter with him. He was very professional and cleaned up after him. He did a marvellous job and finish to both door and windows.
We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of our items I will definitely recommend sure seal windows ltd.
