Just got a ridiculous email about a debt I owed apparently although I know nothing about it . When I called , they could not tell me the name or any details of this apparent debt. They are scammers and con men as far as I am concerned. When I asked her more questions and read put the reviews she hung up on me. Very unprofessional

Fixing known glitch in system
Increased my payments and was advised to cancel the old direct debit as new one was set up. 2 days later I received urgent messages saying I'd missed payments and needed to call urgently. When I phoned, Andrew quickly understood what had happened, apparently a known glitch in their system. Andrew was very helpful and efficient and confirmed I had done nothing wrong. The 5 stars are for Andrew, not for the problematic glitch in the system!

Sabrina made me feel so comfortable, I was stressing and putting off the phone call, and this lady took time with me, even offering other help from other organisations. I literally sighed with relief after speaking with her, I don't think she knows how helpful she was on a personal level for me. I was so worried about my debt
I was so worried about my debit that I kept on ignoring letters and emails. Once I found the courage to call up about a payment plan the lovely lady called Wajeha put me at ease straight away, and we came up with an affordable payment plan. Please if you get a letter or email from them, call them. They are there to help
